Broncos are getting things figured out right now. Yesterday they got the offense figured out to run a very balanced scheme protecting both the OL and Manning both by doing this. They did this without their star TE in the line up and their 2 starting RB's so I think the offense looks like it is back on track.

Also this is just for BigKen but the winds were 30-40 mph yesterday and below 40 degrees for the game and Manning had one of his best games of the year. So I think he has figured out the weather issue.

Now I will say the Bronco defense has struggled some since the NE game. Not sure what is going on with that unit but there is just too much talent back there to keep them down for too long.

...and against a decimated Dolphin's secondary. Broncs were losing before Taylor went down.

If you don't like what the owner does, maybe you should find a different message board? :noidea:

I don't give a fuck what the owner does. I'm just pointing out why Manning is so often retaliated against by Pats fans.

They also gift wrapped 10 points just by the special teams mistakes to the Dolphins, had 4 fumbles that all bounced the Miami way, and the Broncos lost Talib and Webster from their secondary. What is your point? Both teams had things happen. Can't just look at one side of the picture and expect to get the full view.

Then Homer wouldn't have a message board site owner to complain about.

BTW, interesting little nugget that these clowns won't mention.

Over the last six weeks, Peyton Manning has suffered the worst OL pass-blocking efficiency in the league.

Brady? Standing behind a best-of-generation OL.

"But... but... but..." :L

...and how well did blaming the porous NE offensive line sit with you the first four weeks of the season?

You cited injuries....I pointed out the ones on the other side of the line.

Ok? The person who started this thread was trying to point out that the Broncos have fallen apart since the NE game. I was pointing out that they are getting things figured out just like NE was earlier in the year. NE at that time was waiting for a few players to heal up as well and once they did went on a nice run. For the Broncos they seem to be in that same boat right now with injuries on both sides of the ball but with most of those players expected back in the next couple of weeks. So again I was responding to the OP about how the Broncos are falling apart. Not really the case.

I don't put too much stock into the two games prior to MIA.

NE...just caught them on a night where they couldn't figure out the interior blitzes and Manning can't function nearly as well when the blitz is coming from the inside....most pocket QBs can't.

Rams are better on DEF for sure than their record.

No stud teams this year...not NE and not GB but both will be hard to beat if they get homefield.

I am willing to bet people like JasonCarrier, or whatever his tag is, would be his usual self without Hammer stirring the pot. This Brady-Manning bashing has been going on for a long time. Apparently neither group can accept that both are great QBs that have had ups and downs and can struggle with or without a great supporting cast.

Seriously, in the world of football I think there are about 12,000,000 other topics more interesting and not argued about every other day.

So now I'm "the owner." :noidea: I love you too, Homer!

I love how you guys pretend like something major happened with your OL, which is a lie.

Homer, your OL was elite the whole time.

Brady? Not so much.

I think we all need to take a step back and realize this argument died when Homer used power rankings to "prove" a point.

Homer, I expect better.

Even a blind squirrel can get his nut once in awhile.
I don't think the results will be the same as the first game when the Fins go to Foxboro.

We're all looking forward to that game and I'm sure we'll hear Pats fan on SportsHoopla say something snide about "this is like Miami's own little Super Bowl this week."

Homer, I expect better.

I claimed that prior to the game, the Broncs were the top team. TDs argued that point:

Not true, at all. Broncos haven't played consistently well all year.

Thus, the reference to power rankings. TDs is incorrect; Broncos were the top team in the league 'till the Pats smacked 'em down. Pats got smacked down in Kansas City. The difference is that the Pats have bounced back while the Broncs are still trying to right the ship.

...and I'm sure we'll hear Hammer predict a big win by NE so he can root against them but then claim to be Nostradamus if the Pats roll again.
