It was a good game, Redskins should be competitive this season. Not classy apparently, based on the cheap shots to Foles, which no doubt will get the attention of the league office, but competitive.

Why was it a cheap shot? Because Foles wasn't looking? Because it was plainly a shoulder to the chest, nothing illegal there. The play was still happening, nothing illegal there.
