It's painful to watch howells career being possibly ruined by negligence.

That is why I tell Dean that a playoff win means nothing when it comes to saving Riveras job. If we do win a playoff game, it will be inspite of riveras mistakes, not because of his good decisions.

We can't have a GM and coach who take 4 or 5 years to adapt to the league and make the proper changes to compete. I am not interested in that approach.

Good is not good when better is expected. If we can do better at the GM and HC spot, we have to try. We no longer have the excuse of "this is the best Snyder could do". Thank goodness Snyder is gone.
