You can say this all you want, but if everyone ran away from something every time they were bullied, no one would be left in any school or most workplaces. I am a physically weak person, but if anybody bullied me (and people have), I wouldn't just do nothing and then snap one day by chucking a fucking plate of spaghetti on the ground. Again, that's ridiculously childish and you don't need to be a tough guy to realize that.

Most work places are you kidding, this does not go on in any work place I have been a part of, you know why? Professionalism, professionals do not fell the need to prove anything. These players are professional and are suppose to be adults they need to act like it. It appears Martin was getting no support not from team mates, coaches or the franchise by your train of thought he should have started whooping ass from the GM on down, see how dumb that is? Probably not!

The story is getting worse and worse everyday, the Fins screwed up, I think management should ve been a little more proactive in this whole thing, they know what is going on in the locker room, plus they also know there player's attitudes an emotions, I mean these guys live pretty much all the time at the facilities, there around each other all the time.

What sort of places did you work ? I'm not a particularly intimidating person and I've worked at a several places in various capacities since 1970 and I've never been bullied...some mild teasing here & there, but nothing mean. That's about it.

That's the weird part, ( if its true findings haven't come out yet) this is a year removed from his rookie season, sure hazing goes on during that rookie season and I have no problem with some of the stuff these guys do, its been part of the game for years, problem I have is Martin gets done with his rookie season he's done, guy earns his stripes and they move on. But if its proved that Richie boy is extorting more money out of him or these messages are real then he should banned from the league and legal process should being...

According to reports from various GMs no GM will sign him. That's all I have to go by. Vick also wasn't a locker room cancer and has the ability to tear a team apart. He wasn't kicked out of 2 colleges. He wasn't let go by a team for way to many personal foul penalties, he wasn't voted the dirtiest player in the league. Vick is a moron and did horrible things, none of it effects a football team like what Incognito does. I would NEVER let this piece of shit on my team.
