I have one, can you name the 4 players who have hit a HR in four different decades AND the 5 pitchers who have earned a win in four different decades?

Players - Ted Williams, Rickey Henderson, Brooks Robinson? Cal Ripkin? I'm pretty sure Williams and Henderson are right.
Pitchers - Cy Young, Johnson, Ryan, Neirko, Carlton and Kaat.

I'm guessing Jaimie Moyer and Cy Young both won games in four decades. An Griffey with home runs.
Jamie Moyer is correct, he won 32 games in the 80s, 86 in the 90s, 140 in the 2000s, and 11 in the 2010s.

Cy Young is incorrect, he started his career in 1890 and pitched until 1911, so only 3 decades. He was 23 when he started so he could definitely be on the list had he started just a year earlier.

Griffey is also incorrect, while he played in 4 different decades, he had 0 HR in his 33 games played with the Mariners in 2010.

Never mind on Junior, then. Thought he hit one in the 2010's.

Ted Williams is correct, he hit 31 homers in the 30s, 234 in the 40s, 227 in the 50s, and 29 in the 60s.

Rickey Henderson is also correct, he hit 1 HR in the 70s, 137 in the 80s, 140 in the 90s, and 19 in the 2000s.

Nolan Ryan is also correct, he had 12 wins in the 60s, 155 in the 70s, 122 in the 80s, and 35 in the 90s.

All the others are incorrect.
*Brooks Robinson only played in the 50s, 60s, and 70s
*Cal Ripken only played in the 80s, 90s, and 2000s
*Cy Young I already mentioned in a previous post
*Walter Johnson only played in the 1900s, 10s, and 20s and Randy Johnson only played in the 80s, 90s, and 2000s (not sure which one you were referring to)
*Phil Niekro only played in the 60s, 70s, and 80s
*Steve Carlton only played in the 60s, 70s, and 80s
*Jim Kaat played in 4 different decades (1959-1983) but didn't earn a win in his 2 starts in 1959

Willie McCovey and Omar Vizquel are both correct, those are the final two.

McCovey hit 13 HRs in the 50s, 300 in the 60s, 207 in the 70s, and 1 in the 80s
Omar Vizquel hit 1 HR in the 80s, 33 in the 90s, 44 in the 2000s, and 2 in the 2010s

Jesse Orosco is correct, he had 1 win the 70s, 52 in the 80s, 31 in the 90s, and 3 in the 2000s
Mike Morgan is also correct, he had 2 wins in the 70s, 40 in the 80s, 92 in the 90s, and 7 in the 2000s

Charlie Hough is incorrect, he played from 1970-1994 so only 3 decades.

So far all the hitters have been guessed (Ted Williams, Willie McCovey, Omar Vizquel, and Rickey Henderson) and four pitchers have been guessed (Nolan Ryan, Mike Morgan, Jesse Orosco, and Jamie Moyer). Just one pitcher left.

I assume you mean at the major league level, so not including guys like John Elway (who played minor league baseball for the Yankees and Royals) or Brandon Weeden (played minor league baseball for the Yankees and Dodgers).

The obvious ones that come to mind are:

Deion Sanders: MLB and NFL
Bo Jackson: MLB and NFL
Jim Thorpe: MLB and NFL (not to mention competing in the Olympics)

Others include:
Brian Jordan: MLB and NFL
Danny Ainge: NBA and MLB (Blue Jays)
Drew Henson: NFL and MLB

More Additions:

Chuck Conners played baseball and Basketball, along with acting
Bob Gibson and Fergie Jenkins both played for the Globetrotters (not sure if this counts?)
John Smoltz and Jerry Rice both played a little professional Golf.

I've got the 5th pitcher, but had to google it. Never heard of the guy. Jack Quinn.

Correct.

Another question, can you name the only two occurrences where the MVP in the AL and the MVP in the NL both wore the same number that year? Name the year, the players, and the number for extra credit.

I'm sure the other is also a reliever so I'll say J.C. Romero, Mitch Williams, and Armando Benitez? All of them had high BB%

And the buckshot hits... The second pitcher is indeed the Wild Thing. You can actually cut the IP in half and still only get a two man list, but I figured that 500 IP cuts down the possible answer pool appropriately

Becasue no trivia question should be left hanging - The Seniors (NOT old guys, NOT in the 4th year of high school, but hispanic males)

Lots of tall basketball playing pitchers

Gene Conley pitched and also played for the Celtics
Mark Hendrickson
Dave Debusschere (sp?) played briefly in MLB

Ah, I just reread the question, I thought it was just asking about baseball players that played another sport, not two sport athletes in general. There have been tons of them. I don't think Slingin' Sammy counts though because he never made the majors.

Tom Brown is another, he was a defensive back for the excellent Green Bay Packers and a first baseman for the excrement Washington Senators
