Good, bye.
That didn't work out at all very well.
Remind us again next time TEX considers an aging, injured, potentially 1-dimensional DH
Good, bye.
Anyone but myself notice that Trout CANNOT lay off high fastballs and can't hit them either...I don't understand why pitchers aren't all over that.
I think it was Romeo that noticed it once too...
High inside fastballs and sliders down and away with 2 strikes.
I hope Martin has a Flak jacket under his uniform tonight. might get a Rib tuneup tonight. Scoscia don't take kindly to Posing and prancing. Bad blood between teams, Angels have nothing to lose.
my first thought when I saw him swing the bat...that is going to earn someone a plunk. Though it will probably be Ian. Angels LOVE to hit Ian.
Wednesday lineup: Martin cf, Andrus, ss, Kinsler 2b, A. Beltre 3b, Pierzynski dh, Cruz rf, Murphy lf, Soto c, Moreland 1b, Perez p.
Would rather see Beltre get a shot in CF/LF over Murphy, and move Soto and Moreland up 1 spot each...
but not going to start a debate about it, just my opinion

I dunno, he looked bad on that 3 pitch strikeout last night. Would be nice to get him some work though for sure.

That was a high pressure situation for a young kid...
Dude's been in the minors for 6 years, should know better than to go up there hacking at high fastballs trying to hit a home run.
