That would be awesome. CJ tries to throw inside and AJ drops one in our bullpen.

You can bet at the very first opportunity he will.

Not before CJ is gone. And given the state of their bullpen Wash may let the RH bats feed for awhile before bringing in Murphy replacing Gentry.

TEX against CJ ... not bad .309/.404/.531/.935 Beltre, Kinsler, AJ, Andrus, Gentry all hitting over .300 against him.

C.J. Wilson vs. Batters - Baseball-Reference.com

LAA against Dutch ... advantage LAA .337/.379/.613/.993

Yea ... that would really work getting impact guys through waivers to the front runners. Maybe slipping in the standings is TEX strategy to scarf off talent destined for the competition?
It's not the easiest way to add someone, but it is an option. That's all I was suggesting.

Wasn't the huge Red sox-Dodgers trade that way? Pretty sure it was. Also Cliff Lee was pretty much a dodger last year after passing through waivers before it fell through

Yes it was a waiver deal where they ate the salaries.

That's a load of horse shit al. I have given wash props multiple times for good moves throughout the year. You just choose to ignore that and only see the valid criticisms of him because you have some personal problem with anyone who criticizes him. Is he your brother or something.

In all of this you're still unable to defend his asinine management, and you want to give him all the credit in the world when the team plays well, but refuse to assign him any responsibility when they don't saying crap like, "he can't hit for the players." Well you and everyone else have always defended his shitty game management and ridiculous decisions by saying he gets the most from his players. Suddenly when that's not happening its not his fault? I thought that was what made him so great. Make up your mind. You can't talk out of both sides of your mouth.

You're the shinig example of what you accuse everyone else of, just in reverse.

And you are just making stuff up.
My brother. That's funny. You a KKK member?
I've always said that Wash is not a Rhoads scholar and I don't defend his every move. That would be impossible since I have missed the better part of the last 6 or 7 games. That would also mean that I would be defending him at every other one of your posts. And I damn sure don't think I'm smart enough to out game manage a pro. By the way champ, nice call on the Pierzynski homer. Just another example of your knee jerk, throw em under the bus, commentary.

Really? You're going to make this a race issue? Thanks for showing just what kind of asshole you really are. What a worthless piece of shit you are. Don't ever address me again you fucking shit stain.

Oh I don't know ... I think the only way it works is for the salary to be going with the player. That's how you keep the bottom feeders from fishing.

The thing is if it is an exchange of players ... all the players involved have to clear waivers. Ugly.

Waiver trade rules are about one of the only really sacrosanct MLB rules that keeps teams from stuffing their rosters for the post season with rentals from teams they do business with a lot.

Al just showed what type of person he really is. He can't actually argue against me so he pulls the racism card. What a weak minded piece of shit he is.
