Maybe 2010 TEX and definitely 2011 TEX ... but not 2012 TEX.

The Rangers just weren't on the same level as the past two years. Very True. Thats why I was very specific about which Ranger Teams. The 2010 Rangers arrived ahead of schedule. But still was better then this past year.

Thats the most frustrating thing watching the Playoffs this year is that I am watching Teams Play that for the most part the Rangers were beating the Past Two Years. The 2010 or 2011 Texas Rangers are better then all these Teams.

They werent better than the cardinals and Giants. They are world champs. Rangers are not

Rangers should have beaten the Cardinals in 5 Games. Shouldn't have even been a 6th Game. Umpire blew a doubleplay call in that 3rd Game and Torre was on the Wrong side of the Plate to take Nap's throw Home on a Groundball. That was a bigger play then Cruz misplaying Craig's Drive in the 6th Game.

I still get pissed when I think about that bullshit blown double play call. I truly believe there was umpire bias in that WS.

That's what you get when you play your 2d best 1bman and worst catcher in Game 3 of the WS. Moreland-Napoli make that play. TEX wins Game 3 ... there is no Game 6. That will be the play that haunts TEX for the next 50 years.

yep, and Albert Puljos wouldn't have hit three home runs and Matt Harrison wouldn't have cratered and the Cardinals would have only scored 12 runs and gas would be 35 cents a gallon.

Al ... you are ruining my whole campaign that puts the entire 2011 WS failure on YT.

I still contend that TEX should have been out of the inning with STL having a 1-run lead and scored 2 in the bottom of that inning to retake the lead ... and then goes on to win Game 3 (ignoring what AP did of course).

If TEX wins Game 3 there is no Game 6 ... and Long Ball doesn't get to throw a few pitches to earn the loss.

Forgot about that play too ... it always starts with a walk or an innocent play in the field. Game 3 should have been won coming on the heels of TEX winning Game 2. The Game 3 loss is what brought us Game 6.
