Awesome. If I could rep you I could, but I can't so a +1 will have to do. Good game btw. I was scared for 2 and a half quarters.

Pfffffft... our defense couldn't stop a wet paper bag in the second half. Where the heck were Wilder and Thompson the last 2+ years? I know Thompson got hurt last year, but those dudes are like freight trains. At least 7-8 plays they broke multiple tackles and drove the pile by themselves...

Wilder is only a sophmore. Dude is a beast.

Our O line has been horrible the past forever it seems. No good O line means no good runs.

We wore down big time in the second half because we played a better team. Lack of depth on defense and the lack of playmakers is going to hurt us this year, but we're only going to get better over the next two years.

By the way, Tallahassee kind of sucks, big time... we sat in traffic for an hour and a half to get back to North Monroe where the hotel was. The campus was nice, and I was very impressed with Chief Osceola's entrance; a lot cooler than I thought it would be.

Yeah, it took a little bit for FSU to figure out how to play Clemson, but when they did you have to admit they looked pretty good.

oh yeah, in the 3rd i guess it was, after they quit just trading blows back and forth FSU definitely looked better...but for a while there it just looked like neither D was even on the field...again, still havent decided if that was due to the skill of the offense, or the D's playing poorly though

Considering that the previous two drives resulted in a missed field goal and a touchdown (meaning we were able to drive on the "non-prevent" defense), I don't see how your argument holds water.

dont put too much thought into it, it's Smart, he's not the brightest one here.:minion:

Tallahassee's traffic sucks. They did not plan it out well.

Our defense was not only tired, but was no where near good enough to hold FSU from scoring in the second half. Combine that with the inability to sustain drives and a few missed big plays, we didn't really have a chance. To be honest, we just lost to a better team.

Once FSU figured out all the misdirection schemes that Clemson was using, it was over. The misdirection was what was killing us.

FSU is so much fun to watch. All of this without their best player on D. Jenkins injury will cause him to slip in the draft and be an absolute steal for whoever takes him. I think they may be one of the few teams with the speed to keep up with the SEC teams and Oregon.
