It's being reported that Aiyuk and the 49ers have talked and the 49ers will NOT be trading him. Deebo may be an entirely different matter.

My job allows me to live anywhere in the world . I probably will work 10-15 years more as I only work half the year .i can draw ssn right now but I will wait till 67. And as long as my health holds up I will continue to work . I get big money quickly which allows for travel . So I am blessed. I like Idaho

My supervisor is nearly in the same boat. He said he will retire when his wife does. He's in good shape and likes having things to do. Thats awesome SD. Traveling definitely has helped me and my family reset mentally. I used to be uptight about the money its cost to do it, but not anymore lol

This could become a distraction for us
I've gotten to the point where I'm not really checking for it anymore. If it happens, I hope it's for a #2.

Not reporting this, but I have no doubt the 49ers are asking for a 1st. The Skins reportedly turned down a deal for Aiyuk pre draft.

If Peters was willing to burn a #3 on McCaffrey, I have no doubt he would have been willing to burn a #2 on Aiyuk. Reading the tea leaves, the 49ers asking price right now is more than a 2nd.

If I'm the 49ers I'm not risking losing out on a Superbowl run while Purdy is on a rookie deal for a #2 that will probably be in the mid to late 40s.

If I'm the Skins, I'm not trading my first next year for a guy that is going to be a FA in a year. His best friend plays here. We'd have as good a shot as any to sign him if the 49ers don't tag him.

They drafted Pearsall and Cowing. They are either going to let Aiyuk walk next year, tag and trade him, or trade Deebo.

If the 49ers call and say they'll do it for our 2025 #2, I'd definitely do it. Our 2025 #1 needs to be LT or corner.

no one wants to hear this but this is an assessment year . we are playing in 2 new systems and guys who were good in the last one might not fit this one . generally speaking OT is the huge need . lets see what Mc is and dotson (can he bounce back ? ) then determine what route we need to go

I am not only okay with hearing this I agree. A lot of FAs were signed for one or two years. Many may not be back next year. There is more than just games going on. The organization is building a front office and coaching staff.

As far as Dotson goes he has two more TD catches than McLaurin in the past two years. Yes Terry is getting more attempts. Their catch rates were the same. I think people don't understand or care that there was a personality conflict between Dotson and EB. Not to mention EB used Dotson all wrong.
