Agreed, who has been defending Zach Wilson for his play?
Zach and Justin are basically the same guy since they came into the league

The separation is negligible.

Is only now that people are starting to admit that to be the case

I never thought any of the QB's out of Meyer's tOSU teams would be better than average without some work and good coaching. He was never ready to lead an NFL offense coming out of college. To me, it looks like he's been fed to the wolves with the Redskins and Bears and is regressing every year. Have there been any reports of Fields seeking off the field goaching on his own? His reading of the D looks weak.

Ya, I'm riding his nuts. :rolleyes2:

The truth is simply, I've got off the Fields bus. You're still on it. Enjoy the bump

I'm not on any bus for this year's team. It's over. It was obvious from the Packers game.

You're saying sh*t like "we'll have a half-competent offense if Bagent plays."

That's f*cking insanity. Dude is getting routed by D2 teams but he's going to magically make our offense decent with arguably the worst offensive line and arguably worst offensive scheme - on a team where the players have thrown in the towel and for a franchise that hasn't developed a QB in decades?

We're going to get our asses kicked. All his playing time will ensure is that we'll have a different backup QB next year too. LOL

It's insanity, because I never said that.

What's there to lose then? If he is such a shitty D2 QB, who the fuck cares if we lose him for next year?

It's beyond weird to get so riled up about seeing who the shittier of two shitty QBs are. Even weirder to want to keep listening to the same broken fucking record every week.

As bad as the line play and scheme may be, it would look much better with someone who could actually run it.

As stated, it is near impossible to truly judge either when the QB holds the ball too long on every play, is gun shy, and can't make any pre snap reads.

Ummm...The original post of yours I quoted was you stating that if Bagent comes in and the offense looks half-competent that BWW must leave forever, and if not you will.

I mean, unless you're just sick of posting here, I presume you believed that it would:

Let's make a friendly wager. If and when Bagent takes the field, if the offense suddenly looks half-competent, you'll fuck off FOREVER. If they don't, I will. Shake on it?

As for the rest...I'm sure we're all going to see Bagent. Might even be this weekend if Denver rolls in the first half. We're deep in the sh*t and that's typically how it goes. So you'll get your wish. Justin Fields isn't going to magically turn it around so that's that. I just don't know why fans care so much. We're gonna get throttled with Bagent too. At best if the kid puts together a drive or two, It'll be like Wannstedt's only playoff game where we went up 3-0 vs. Steve Young and the Niners and then we got destroyed 44-15.

Correction: Wanny's SECOND playoff game...We beat Minny on the road before that debacle. Hated Wannstedt but he still gets that credit I guess.

But ya, losing that bet would be like losing AIDS.

You don’t have to post here, you know that right? Like it doesn’t take losing a bet to make you stop.

There’s normal dumb and then there’s your very special helmet with drool cup attached dumb.

If it makes you feel better, I walk 1.1 miles (2.2 round trip) to the local sports bar every Sunday we're not national to watch them in my full Bears regalia...and you bet your ass I'll be doing it this weekend...just to find out if we're undoubtedly the worst team in the league.

CUZ THAT'S HOW WE F*CKING ROLL.

What's more dysfunctional?

This forum?

The Bears organization?

There's a real debate.

As I've stated before and verifiably proven the Bears OL is fine

Its not good. Itz not bad. Its wholly and unequivocally average

The reason Justin gets sacked so much is 3 fold

1. His processing is fucking awful. Hes probably the slowest QB on the league at getting through his reads

2. His presnap ability to read a defense is nonexistent which compounds his slow progressions because he doesnt even know which read to start with based on the presnap look

3. His eyes suck. He's looking in the wrong place all the time. All the time. Every time. And that's when he actually tries to keep his eyes downfield which is rare ( although it's less rare this year which actually has been worse )

At least last year when he couldn't read a D and held the ball too long he'd run after his first read wasnt open. Sure he still couldn't play QB but he would at least make plays with his feet

Right now he's eschewing the one thing he does well in favor of trying to do the things he can't do at all
