He's taking more hits and using his legs more. He's stressing his whole body more than a guy standing in the pocket. It's more risky.

So you'll agree with that same concept when Hurts' contract comes due? Should low-ball him because of risk of injury?

More risky than what? Depends on the quality of the offensive line (which was at least part of the cause of his 2 severe injuries thus far).

That’s what Jackson said when he was drafted. “We going to win a sb. Blee dat!”
Ohhhh! Why do you get all pissy with me then when I call you a racist? You’re clearly a racist. It’s all good, man. Most old white men playing out the string until the Reaper knocks are racist. Glad we have an understanding now.

No. You've made a pretty lazy comparison. Hurts has been available when his team needs him.

The OL is irrelevant when the hits are invited by the QB himself.

The hits that injured him were in the pocket.

So your answer is "of course not, that's my guy".

Are you ignoring wear and tear?

Only in your imagination is what happens outside the pocket completely separate from what happens inside it.

No, my answer is that Jalen has been available when the team needs him. You can read it yourself. You can also read that lamar is different than Jalen. I wrote that too.

So the Ravens are concerned about injuries that could happen (due to their own play calling) that have not happened to date through 5 pro seasons and 3 years at Louisville?

I disagree about Lamar's passing ability. The liabilities of the Ravens' passing game are much more about play calling and a lack of non TE weapons than any lack of passing ability.

BTW, Lamar doesn't want a fully guaranteed contract, just more money guaranteed than Watson.

Please don't regurgitate the same insanity that Lamar did.

Walk me through how Lamar wanting that deal is better than wanting the same deal as Watson.

What the fuck are you talking about? First of all I’m not old and secondly, how in the fuck does me quoting someone make me a racist? You fucking liberal ass piece of shit mother fucker. I was trying to have a civil conversation with you. But like always your mental disorder otherwise known as liberalism has you calling people racist and wishing death on them.

The "next man up" elite QB contract assumes that Lamar gets the new top per season and guaranteed money, which would be at least a hair over Rodgers, maybe $51M per. and $240M overall Lamar is 26, younger than Watson (and Mahomes, who just got a 10 year extension, notably with far less guaranteed). Depending on how many seasons they choose to make the extension, guaranteeing more than $240M becomes less and less of a outlier. If 5 years, it's most of the contract. With each additional season, it's less and less of a percentage.

No one is giving this dude more than 5 years.

I'm not entirely sure why you homer so hard for Jackson but Pat Mahomes just won a super bowl with so so receivers and 2 unknowns at RB. The fact people keep making excuses for
Jackson is hilarious.

How can I "homer" for a player on a team I don't like? I can clearly see his team is unwilling to pay him the going rate, but is holding him hostage essentially. He's a 26 year old QB with one MVP already under his belt. I hope the Colts rescue him from this mess.

Like it or not, it is your Browns that started this mess with offering a completely guaranteed contract to a sex offender to essentially beg him to consider Cleveland. Of course Lamar thinks he deserves more, because he does.
