Then Howell is the starter, now he is NOT.

Can this circus end soon please? Rivera is NOT qualified to run a front office as I have said for years. The real question is: who are we now targeting Grap, Carr...????

Yes he should have to earn it, but he can be the favorite (qb1) going in to the competition.
