Huge games for Ron and Carson

Last year Skins went on a tear and then caught covid, got injured, and didn't get it.

Last year Carson had two win and in games and didn't get it done.
Last year the Skins did what they do. Just like this year. Start the season out like hot dog-shit. Then get on a roll looking as if they've finally gotten their shit together. The fans get excited, media heads start talking about some shit or the other, the bad ass DL, the top tier defense, a solid running game, something. Then comes a supposedly pivotal game, the game that'll show the Skins have made it over the hump. Taken that all important first step. And what happens? The Skins look completely and utterly unaware, unprepared and uninterested and end up with a score that's too little to too much.

And the year before that, the year the Skins were in the playoffs. The only time in that season that the Skins had a record of .500 or better was the first 2 weeks of the season. They beat Philly in week 1 and lost to Ari in week. They from week 3 to the end of the year they had a habitual losing record. If there was a dictionary of phrases and it used pictures as definitions. Under the phrase "Backing Into The Playoffs." There'd be a picture of the 2020 Washington Football Team. The only reason the Skins made the playoffs that year was because they were the least shitty team in a really shitty division.

Taylor got lucky as shit n managed to QB the team to a 5-1 record this year. When it got real though he folded up quicker than the kiddie table at Thanksgiving. Hell the more I think about it, the more the playoffs don't mean shit. I can't bring myself to root for the Skins to lose, but just like last year n the year before. They ain't shit and getting to the playoffs regardless if the win out or back in won't change that.

I understand how you feel, but that covid list heading into the Dallas game was unreal. Not to mention the quick turnaround game. Last year was bad luck imo.

The year before that was definitely uninspiring, especially when you take into account the Eagles benching Hurts.

If they get in this year they will have earned it because I have a feeling Green Bay is gonna win out. I know you don't like this kind of talk, but a Vikings win over the Packers would be big for our chances to get in. Not only that, it would pretty much secure the Vikings as the number two seed.

I like our chances in the Metrodome more than a return trip to Candlestick. I know the Niners and Vikings don't play in those places anymore, but same song, second verse.

First as a KC fan Green Bay has got their shit together since they played Washington and might beat a bad Viking defense.

Nothing against TH but he shines midseason. Love him as a backup.

Not expecting Wentz to have a two or more game run.

It will be a meaningless game that will mean very little if anything next year.

im just hope Wentz does well these next 2 games and playoffs, so we dont have to worry about qb next year.

yes we do no matter what

How if CW plays well, we pick up his option and we have Howell to backup. IF there are new coaches then yes. I would agree with you

“$28m for a playoff winning qb” is thr ultimate example of “putting lipstick on a pig.”

Wentz wouldnt be in the playoffs at all if it wasnt for TH.
