I don’t disagree. I’m just saying I’ve seen this show before. Starts slow and then picks it up averaging 18 8 and 9 until they pick the All Star game. Then he goes back to being Ben. Limited second half production. Doesn’t take a shot in the 4th Q.

They went 20-5 without him last year so good question. Of course they are better with him, Barkley didn’t say anything bad, doing his job. As a young player you put your head down and go to work. It’s ok to say you don’t agree but you don’t disrespect an all time great like that.

But you can call a parade for Ben because instead of being 50% of what he should be he’s had a run of 5-6 games where he’s 65% of what he should be.

1 player not going to change a defense as that is a team thing especially not a perimeter defender. A rim protector got the ability to do that more than a perimeter defender

I don't get some of these younger guys today. If an all time great and Hall of Famer is saying something about you...you'd do well to at least listen. At least if you want to be an all time great yourself, you should.

Doesn't necessarily mean they are always right or that you're required to agree,

Also, as Russell Westbrook has shown throughout his career, it's possible to put up some pretty ridiculous numbers and still not add much when it comes to winning. Right now, that seems to be where Ja is.
