He repeatedly called me out in the offseason as you remember and he demanded that I leave because I laughed at the 11 wins prediction along with disagreeing that Wentz was the 2nd coming of Joe Montana.

Wisdom would say to leave it alone but I never claimed to be a wise man...LOL

I was staying in my lane until Week 1 when Dean posted "We found our quarterback...where is Duke??"

i am saying there is no difference in whether these 2 guys win or lose those 2 games . they are about equal in win or lose probability . what RR decides doesnt impact that

So how can you judge after just 1 game but nobody else can after 6 games? Answer that.

The fact is that you claimed this team would get 11 wins due to the schedule and Wentz. You claimed Turner's offense would work with Wentz and you claimed Wentz could win in this offense.

You have been wrong on all accounts and you continue to argue with every poster here.

You fake being excited for wins and then make backhanded comments about TH. I don't think you would be this adamant about defending garrapollo or Mayfield.

There is no difference at this point. The data shows that. The team averaged 17 points a game under wentz and he went 2-4.

The only explanation dean gave was a bad OLine and a broken finger in the Chicago game. Again, the numbers are showing no difference. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong as I pulled data from ESPN and NFL com

yes iw as happy after the jax win. He looked to be our qb after that win. Im not denying i predicted 11 wins. I thought the team would be alot better. If Wentz is gone then I really dont know what RR is doing.

its just insane to give up on this guy from 6 games after the contract and draft capital we gave up. just my opinion. Yes I thought we upgraded at QB this offseason, im not denying that.

It doesn't matter if TH is better, he has no future here. So, you are saying RR has no ties to Wentz? You're speculating that we would have beaten Jax and Chi with TH. You don't know that for sure. RR is the guy who made the move, he is the guy who didn't want TH as QB1 this year. RR is the guy who drafted Howell. Howell not being ready is nonsense. Is Ellinger ready for Sunday?

Whos is moving goalposts? You can say for 100% TH would have won those games. Or I can say the same thing that Wentz would have beaten the Packers.

I understand that. And you are missing the point we are trying to make. It is not just 6 games, its 6 years. Has Rivera given up on Wentz? I don't know. We do know that he blames Wentz for the team play and why they are last in the division. Rivera said "quarterback".

It is fine to be excited after a win, however, it is hypocritical to anoint someone as "our quarterback" literally after 1 game but then criticize others who want to move on from Wentz after seeing 6 games.
