I didn't see any problem with the first video and the 2nd one I think it was the safety did not cover his man.

In the second video too many defenders are covering too few pass catchers in the middle of the field, and the wr to the right is wide open anyway.

Again this is systematic, individually you can explain it away but when this is happening game in and game out on 30-40% of your defensive snaps then you have a coaching issue
