Budgets from 4+ years ago?
You want recent? lol Article I pulled up from Oregonlive.com on my phone says this

"As of early March, UO athletics budget projections for the 2021 fiscal year call for revenues of $45 million and expenses of $108 million, for a $63 million net loss"

"As coaches went without performance bonuses in the current academic year"????

Going without bonuses? lol

You sure Oregon is the sports financial juggernaut you all think it is?

I tried to pull the article up on my laptop but only the first paragraph came up, as it's a subscriber only thing. But the whole article did come up on my phone.

I already mentioned the site and the name of the article. You can look it up for yourself, just type in the name of the article. Don't be so lazy. But this is your chance to say it's invalid. Or that usatoday has some kinda biased agenda.
No, it's just that you are claiming something other sources dispute, multiple sources dispute your numbers. They are either doctored or counting the 200 million dollar loan UO got for it's stadium, maybe?

Prove your bullsh1t data. I'm calling bs because I already looked up several sites before you posted that and none of them indicate UO has a 300 dollar athletic budget or ranks anywhere near #1 as an athletic dept.

I think you are full of it. I think you made it up thinking no one would fact check you. lol

But I could be wrong, maybe there is some USAtoday article out there with some way of figuring things that has UO #1 at over 300 million, but I won't believe it until YOU produce the proof.

I don’t know what you are counting. It just seems silly since Minnesota has such a tiny stadium, and they don’t even sell it out. So if you need to count the money that these other teams generate because they can sell out a stadium twice as big as the one Minnesota can’t fill up, you can do it, even though having to do it is embarrassing. Just think, your stadium is bigger than Northwestern’s but smaller than even Rutgers’.
UMn's men's bb makes a nice chuck of change, and UMn's men's hockey makes a profit as well. Combine that with the football team making a profit and the last site I checked had them making over 11 million in profit, with Oregon making only over 200,000, lol.

So Notre Dame produces felons, mobsters, Contra Leaders, fire dancers, criminal national leaders, etc., and has corrupted it's own cult religion and the country, but that's all ok because they have a big football stadium? lol

so you didn’t answer the question. Are you counting the money they are given which is generated by Michigan, Penn State and Ohio State football. As I said before, if you are counting the charity you get from the big Big Ten teams, your argument is pretty funny. I’ll give you the hockey money. That makes your argument even funnier.

From usa-today.com (10/13/21) ncaa finances: revenue & expenses by school

This is gonna be hilarious, revenue's listed

# 1- Oregon $391,769,609

# 27- Minnesota $119,280,297

Now here's expenses. And pay close attention to this one, it's a doozy.

Oregon $120,884,588

Minnesota $124,818,508

Notice anything weird about those numbers? Like Minnesota's expenses are more than the amount of money they bring in? Oregon doesn't have that problem.

You frigging retard, you didn't even check out your source before posting it, did you? lol

There was a 250 million dollar jump from 2019 to 2020, so just clicking on the name Oregon, highlighted in blue, would take you to a page with more detailed information where it can be clearly seen that Oregon is counting some sort of 270 million dollar DONATION.

That's not revenue you nutjob. That's Uncle Phil buying a University and making it his slave so that they'll promote his product or some other friend of the University donating to them for whatever reason?

Minnesota's been to plenty of bowl games, and Minnesota, as much as any other University, was there at the beginning and made the B1G conf what it is today. And Minnesota has to share it's bowl money with teams that rarely go to bowl games, like Rutgers.

Seriously doubt ticket sales are shared, so it doesn't hurt or help UMn if Michigan's stadium is bigger or if NW's is smaller.

there are so many bowl games that most any team with a winning record gets invited to one. The sad thing is that in many cases teams lose money going to a minor bowl game. luckily for Minnesota, teams like Michigan, Penn State and Ohio state are so popular that the television money that the conference generates get spread out to the teams that draw minimal crowds like Nothwestern, Rutgers and Minnesota. The teams that have made the Big Ten conference what it is today are the teams like Michigan, Ohio State, and Penn State that draw over 100,000 per game. Not the Rutgers and Minnesotas that draw half that amount.

Well, that's one of the benefits of being one of the Top Public Research Universities IN THE WORLD!!!

Even while you are taking a break from being the best at football, those who took over for you, Mich & OSU, will still ALWAYS want you to be a part of their club.

And Notre Dame was rejected. lol

So usatoday isn't legit? But of course any site you mention is always legit. It's funny that every site I've mentioned no matter what the topic is you always have an issue with it because it goes directly against the crazy stuff you try to claim.

In too early I guess, lol.

Or is April not recent enough for you?

I responded to a comment saying your info was 4 years old. Try to pay attention. What you posted in comment # 773 has no date on it. It could have been from any year.

Just more proof you don't know what you're talking about. So meeeechegan took over as being one of the best in football? Let me give you a little recent history lesson on meeeechegan football this this century.

-haven't won the conference since 2003

-a 5-12 bowl record

-failed to win at least 10 games 13 times since 2000

-twice since the start of the century (that's the year 2000, I know you don't know that) they lost 4 bowl games in a row

No, it is YOU, that I doubted and I doubted you for good reason. You are so simple minded and naive, you had no clue what you were looking at, but you probably creamed your pants when you saw how much bigger UO's budget was compared to UMn's, so you rushed to post it, too bad you were too dumb to know what the article was saying.

See, I try to know what I'm talking about before I talk about it.

So Michigan sucked in the late 1940s, the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s?

Stop living in the past. It's a new century. No wonder you think Minnesota's football accomplishment mean something today.
