Interestingly, Diesel cars are disappearing. Peeps are going for the cross-overs and trucks these days.

Everything (said) about this vehicle comes closer to meeting my wants and needs than any pick-up currently on the market. Still, it would be nice if they would make the hybrid version available in AWD.
Yeah odd that they didn't debut one with all the other models. I'm sure one is on the way soon enough

The Santa Cruz is cute; but it's basically a car with a storage box in back. The Maverick is configured more like an actual pickup truck.

I like it, but it's not for me. It's HUGE!

I have always had a problem with people who buy more truck than what they need.
So many F-250's, Ram 2500's and Silverado 2500's out there that have never worked a minute.
Even the 1500's and F-150's are more than most people need. They are HUGE.
I've driven an F-150 for work for years, the older ones were a little smaller and more practical day to day.
Now the Ranger is the rights size for me, well I would like it a touch larger, but I'm good.

A Ranger Raptor R with the Mach 1 engine or the regular F-150 Raptor 3.5 TT would be the hot ticket for me.

Update on the 2019 I had to special order because there are no regular cab f 250's you can buy that aren't 'work trucks'
It will be 3 years in September
Have 11,000 miles on it.

And it 'works' for me every time I drive it because most drivers are scared shitless of big trucks, and I don't ever get fucked with like you do when you drive a car.

It's wonderful, except for the 12 mpg I get around town, but 300 miles a month tempers that a little.
It's not for everyone.

1) I don't let myself get fucked with. No matter what I'm driving. I've driven trucks for years. Everybody that needs them should have them.

2) I was more referring to the jabronies that get the 4 door long bed 4x4 and haul or carry absolutely nothing but a gas card and an ego.

3) 11,000 in 3 years makes me assume you have something else as well. If not, oh well. I would love a 250 regular cab long bed to do shit with, as long as I could afford it and something else as a daily driver, gas saver.
