Awaz i watched the first period of the Phantoms that you told me about and Forester looked real good.

Andrae finally did something.

Foerster has been on quite a tear since then too. Hopefully he keeps that going. Will be weird if the OHL decides to play a super condensed season and he has to go back to Barrie.

How bad were the refs/linesman last night?

Two specific plays that come to mind are the Morin hit and worse than calling that was the missed shot over the glass by Boston from their own zone while he was literally looking right at it.

I agree with this breakdown, or maybe 60-30-10 when talking specifically the PK. With the caveat that the players are sucking right now. For the most part, I think they're playing below their true abilities.

How bad were the refs/linesman last night?

Two specific plays that come to mind are the Morin hit and worse than calling that was the missed shot over the glass by Boston from their own zone while he was literally looking right at it.

The puck over glass one was a blatant miss. The Morin one I could see calling roughing because it looked like there might have been some head contact. But that's a bitch of a call (and soft IMO) with 5 minutes left in a make or break game for the Flyers season.

This is what I was saying it's beyond ridiculous. The assistants must go first as they've done nothing since day one. Then you start figuring out which players are next.

This team just needs to realize that the entire season could turn around VERY quickly if we get our shit together soon. About 67% of our remaining games are against teams ahead of us in the division. Either this season or last, we've beaten all of these teams plenty and we can beat them again too.

For God's sake, just stop leaving elite players like Bergeron wide open in the slot.

Yes Morin is tall so I guess he needs to bend down when hitting but wait a second he hit a 6'5 Frederick so that call was complete BS. Yes the Flyers received some calls but the ones on Boston were ridiculous. That along with the delay of game miss was stupid. Should be reviewable.

I think it's over Mav last night was the turn around opportunity and they allowed Bergeron and the little prick to run rampant again. Right now those two and pasta trump the Flyers stars hundred times over. It's not even close. Until Bergeron retires or someone new steps up for Philly it's over. Just being honest here they are horrible everywhere else with anyone they want in net I could play in net and still beat a full Flyers squad. It's embarrassing.

The closest we have come to a top 10 PP is we finished 11th in 2015-16 season. We finished 23rd two years ago 14th last season. I cant say this enough its not the coaches. Its the players.

Of course it's the players but when you are bottom of the league it's also the coaches. They sure aren't helping the situation are they? Should have been turfed long ago. AV I'm ok giving another year the rest gone.

Probably need a better than 67% win percentage to squeak in. Just can’t see that happening especially with 67% of games against the those ahead in standings. Just not happening

The coaches arent helping because we are using the exact same players we have been using for years. The coaches are forced to use them because they are our best offensive players. If the coaches had better offensive players we would be much better on the PP.

I turned off the game after that call on Morin. That's the type of call that gets made when teams start running each other, not in a 1 goal game with 5 minutes left.
