My new avatar. I stayed up late on my old desktop because this stupid tablet won't let me do basic stuff like cut and paste.

I went to a local bar last night. There was a guy doing Bingo for a few people, and while he pulled numbers he also was watching the game on the bar TV and even commenting on the officiating.

The bartender gave me a beer because she thought it was cool that I had a Redskins mask.

its to early to say cam sims is a number 2 yet but he is heading in that direction and i dont care this UDRFA is progressing very well . he is at least a very good 3-5

thomas is making the case for TE1 . he is firmly established as a 2

we had a poster who thought RR was a bad coach , our FA class was hot garbage and smith was a dick

somewhere he must be eating big fat crow and hopefully he wont let his emotions get the better of him anymore

yes , we are still a losing football team . yes we could end up at 5-11 or maybe even 9 wins but regardless of what happens in the future off this season i think when you put emotions aside you have to say that we are heading in the right direction

i am proud of this teams fight regardless of where we finish

You try to win the division. If it doesn't happen that is fine, you get the better pick. I loved the fire from the guys not only in the game but on the sideline.

It is a great win but lets see how the remainder of the season plays out.

Gawd that D was nasty and 2nd half offense was damned good too.

I just hope WTF is still not drunk from celebrating last night's huge win when they arrive in Arizona to play the 49ers and I think you know what I mean since you have played and coached. This is a week to week game and you can never get too high or too low based on what happened the previous week.

Holy Shit!! The WTF cannot play until they are down double digits

Thomas was a very good signing. Great? No. Competent ... yes. Many have been wrong about him.
Sims ... after three years .... ready to step up young man? Looked awful good today. Had some drops though too.

Luke, Darby, Sweitzer, McKissic, Barber (in the right role) have all done well. You can see the coaches have had an impact as the season has gone on. Since I am having crow I might as well have a lot of it. D has gotten better as the season has gone on. Great job by JDR and the boys.

MONTEZ SWEAT and Holcomb. Give credit to the entire D. I thought Darby and Fuller had bad moments but they persevered. Defensive football is FUN!!

Alex has a rabbit's foot or something. He sucked in the first half and was good in the 2nd half. Nice adjustments by Turner and give the players credit for executing.

We do not have to sell out in the draft for the OL. They have done well lately.

If Gibson is out for awhile it will be interesting to see if and how the WTF adjust.

Really good win. Although I like the Steelers it was fun to watch all the Pittsburgh types in the area .... well, you know.

Who had duck going 3 for 3 all 40+???

I am now signing a contract with Cali to place my bets for the remainder of the year. :thumb::thumb:

Well, you should already know by now that Cali is going to take WTF regardless of the point spread unless of course you get to pick first in two of the remaining four games.

Can you imagine how good we might be if we got our wake up call before the first half ended?

:). No contract needed, we all want this team to win!

I am just so happy for this team, RR, JDR, the rest of the coaching staff... and most of all, this town and fan base!

This is such a special and sweet win. I’m so proud of our squad and all the perseverance, fight and TEAM mentality we are seeing. Been a long ass time since I’ve seen this from this team. For those of us that are oldies....wow...just wow.

Gonna savor this one for awhile. Hail to my Redskins!

Howl it Cali, howl it to the top of your lungs!

you have touched upon a point that has happened a lot after a big win here in DC . the players read their press clippings and lay an egg the following game . . lets hope the culture change improves upon that scenario

Amen, we all need to remember our poop still stinks even after we have done something well.

The guys did a great job and I bet that Pittsburgh plays much better after this past game. They should be proud of what they did but not forget one or two plays makes this a much different game. Of course that can be said of many sporting events. You played at a higher level than me, you know.

This team should be named the Washington Jekyll and Hyde. It is like an entire different team comes out after they get down. Whoever is lighting that fire should bottle that stuff.

I have never ever eaten anything on a shingle. I did go almost an entire Med cruise eating hot dogs most every day. I had already had enough Red Death to last a lifetime.

Spot on and it happens to all teams in all sports. This is one of the main reasons the betting public loses almost 90% of the time. They look at what a team did last week to make their bets for this week which is a recipe for disaster. How do I know this? Because after my first retirement at the age of 42 I booked sports for over 10 years with all public bettors and won at about a 90% clip. You never lose when you're on the same side as Las Vegas.

Never understood duke either . He hated RR selection

Neither Duke or Sty hate RR. They just don't like some of the moves he made and/or don't think he's a good GM which de facto is what he is as well as HC. A few peeps have been able to pull that double duty off. Paul Brown, Joe Walsh, Bilichick. There's far5 more peeps who were failures and unsatisfactory at it though. That coach who was just fired from Houston. Chip Kelly, Joe Gibbs 2.0

No thoughtin about it. Best looking emblem in all of North American team sports bar none.
