Browns have the harder remaining schedule

But would a tie mean Vegas gets the tie breaker
interesting question. I don't know what the Browns' remaining schedule is, but i DO know there's quite a few winnable games for the Raiders on THEIR schedule, they play the Falcons in Atlanta next, followed by the Jets, the Colts, the Chargers, the Dolphins, and the Broncos in that order. i'd say in that stretch they'd probably win 4, possibly 5 of those...

so you'd be looking at a 10=6 or 11-5 record for them. if both teams tied they'd obviously go to tie breakers and one of the things I believe they use is strength of schedule, which would go to the Browns in that case since the 2 don't play head-to-head this season...

Aside from the Jets and probably the Broncos, none of those games are easy though.

I might guess a 3-3 or 4-2 finish. Doubt they go 5-1.

depends on the Raiders being the Raiders imo lol. Gruden, as much as I hate the S.O.B. has them playing some decent football. realistically i'd say they take 4 of those games IF they don't do what the Raiders do best and implode... :D

if I had to guess the 2 losses in their remaining schedule come against the Colts and the Dolphins, but that's just my opinion...

Yeah. They are a good team and playing well. No doubt.

They do seem to play up and down to their opposition a bit though. Why I think a team like the Chargers could absolutely beat them.

badly as i wanna see him sign long term, its a smart move on his part...

Seeing that, I honestly feel that AD will spend about 4-5 years in LA, then probably head back to his hometown in Chicago. You could be the dude in LA and the team's set up to win convincingly for the next 2 years (solid roster with Lebron). I don't see an issue with him re-signing with LA, it's as the tweet points out - for how long?

Though it would be pretty damn cool if they could make some room to sign Pau and let him play his final season a Laker with his bro

Love me some Pau Gasol. So, I'm a big fan of that idea. Would be really cool to see them win a title together too.

From what I read, they only have vet mins left. Maybe they'll use one on Pau?

Picking up Marc Gasol was vital. That was great. And now they've got a little more cash to up Kief's salary. If they can get him back, Lakers will have had about as great an offseason as you can get. Assuming they get Kief, I think they'll have 1 more spot left. I'd like to see them get a guard or wing. Marco Bellinelli, Ronde Hollis Jefferson, Kyle Korver or bring back Dion Waiters. If I were them I’d go for Wayne Ellington.

but I also want Danny to get him lol

LV beat CLE. They have the tiebreaker.

The Browns have: Jags, Titans, Ravens, Jets, Giants, Steelers. You would think that is 3-3 for 10 wins but Giants have a tough defense and the Ravens have been stumbling. Titans and Steelers will be very tough.

The Raiders are tough team on both lines but the Colts and Dolphins are very tough, playoff-caliber teams. Broncos just beat the Dolphins, they are inconsistent. Falcons and Jets aren't very good. Herbert can score points against any defense it seems to the Chargers are tough in the fact alone. Going to be interesting.

I don't see an issue with bringing Pau on for the vet minimum. Even if he's not playing, he's got valuable experience, plus they love him in LA.

Is it certain the Lakers are keeping Bell and McKinnie? I mean I guess those options aren't bad for like your 13th and 14th players tbh and they are young. So they will probably bring back Dudley for 15 and they have one more spot for Morris. If they cut McKinnie or Bell then a guard or wing makes sense.

That's what I'm thinking. He could probably give them 10-15 minutes here and there. But his biggest value would be in him being a solid guy in the locker room. Plus, fans (if any are allowed) would go crazy every time he entered a game.

i read the Lakers were cutting both. Maybe that’s changed though?

I heard that they are considering possibly keeping one of them. But I haven't heard which one they are leaning towards keeping. I believe that both are on non-guaranteed deals, so they could just let them go if they needed to or decide they aren't going to develop enough to keep.

Maybe they'll send 1 or both to the G-League?

Yeah there are a couple tiebreakers between WC teams, now and still to come:

Raiders beat Browns.
Browns beat Colts. (who now are leading the division)
Ravens beats Browns. (still one more head to head though)

Titans and Browns play in two weeks.

Between the Colts, Raiders, Titans, Browns, Dolphins and Raiders--two teams won't make it. Browns gaining one game on some of those teams was huge.

11 wins secures a playoff spot in the my mind. There very well could be a team left out with 10 wins...gonna be crazy

Crazy to think that the Ravens might be one of the teams that get assed out, but it definitely could be the case...
