Honestly beats the hell outta me! Why is this guy getting so much praise? What has he done?!

They added the caveat that he wouldn't win one at UCF, but he's positioning himself for a spot at a major P5 soon where he could win one shortly. Then again, they said the same thing about Scott Frost...

Isn't he beating the crap out of Richt in terms of recruiting though? Not to say Richt was bad, but it seems like Smart has made a big jump in that department. Also, unlike Richt, Smart has already played in a NC and damn near won it.

Yeah have to agree there. He belongs on this list, but definitely not #2.
