Concur. Like I said I still think he goes by 5. Maybe 6 if Miami moves up to 3 for a tackle. Was mostly just saying there’s no way he’s a “hope not” pick for me, nor do I think he should be for anyone else if they somehow pulled it off.

I just don't trust his injury history.
Bill has wasted to many picks on questionable injury histories.

Fair enough. I got no quarrel with taking a guy that was the presumptive #1 overall pick before getting hurt in the 20’s if he’s there. The injury downside is a legitimate concern and I get why people would have pause but the upside of having the most important position on the field taken care of for another decade+ is a risk worth taking in my book. When you don’t have a QB you need to keep swinging until you find one. (Keep in mind I’m a strong advocate of drafting QB’s at least every other year even when you do have one)

I like this.
I also like the idea of having a trade partner that would be willing to swap our 2020 1st for their 2021 1st.
If Stidham shows weakness, indecision, inaccuracy, sacks, easy int's...whatever, even on a down year, there is capitol to move up.
If Stidham plays like a balls out stud, there is capitol to stack the team for a Pats dynasty 3.0.

Concur. I still feel like a trade down is the most likely outcome tonight, especially if it yields a 1 next year.

Trademark that shit quick, son
In the early 80s I ran high school track and the best performers were referred to almost exclusively as "studs". The context of course is similar now, but it was a little differently used as an exclusive term.

As a freshman I was the worst on the team, skinny, weak and yet to develop. As a senior I referred to one of my competitors to my coach as a stud. He said "what are you talking about, you are the stud"... One of the most satisfying moments of my life.

Sort of reminds me of my younger days. I heard two girls giggling at the beach and realized they were talking about the lifeguard...."me". It was the first time I ever heard "Studmuffin". It took a week for my chest to return to normal.

I hope they weren't giggling because the words they used before "studmuffin" were "he thinks he's a"

Back then, Wearing the red or orange trunks on the beach was a leg spreader anyway, but
my mother's cousin's daughter spent two weeks sleeping in my bedroom (separate bed) when I was 12. She was 16 and had to spend July and half of August at the bad girls camp on Little Diamond Island. That gal gave me more practice and info than you could imagine. I never saw her again after that summer in 1962. I was an excellent student and I got sex education up close and direct. She was from Upper Frenchville, ME and taught me that lips, teeth and tongue were not just for meals or talk.

Based on my my activities when I was that age, I think they were saying, "Audrey said that he's a.............

8^) not braggin', but not many guys talked about that kind of thing back in the 60's.

So dangerously close that I googled it, but relations with a first cousin twice removed ain't illegal. First cousins is pretty universal and many states ban first cousin once removed, but twice removed passed the muster.

Actually looking again, she was youy second cousin. Which technically is still ok.

She was also damn good lookin' and had more curves than a bad road. The best part of it was having a patient teacher who laughed when you you "screwed" up.
