Clemson became Raider fans after last year's draft, so here's to hoping Simmons lands in Vegas :suds:

But I'm not sure if he falls to #12, would you be ok with Raiders trying to trade up for Simmons?
No.

Rumors: Buy or Sell?

Leonard Fournette a Trade Candidate - Buy

Lions Conflicted at No. 3 - Buy

Broncos Targeting Jerry Jeudy on Trade Up - Buy

D'Andre Swift a More 'Well-Rounded' Prospect Than Dalvin Cook - Sell

Tua Off 2 Teams' Boards Because of Injuries - Buy. Injuries are always a concern, I would venture to say it is more than two and he dropped on some as well.

Tua's Wonderlic Score Creates Concern - Sell. Now that we know it is 19 that isn't a concern.

Patriots Could Pursue Tua - Sell. I just don't see it unless he drops out of the top 10.

Only 1 RB Will Be Drafted in the 1st Round - Buy. I could see Swift being picked in the 1st but I could realistically see none being picked.

Leonard Fournette a Trade Candidate - Buy

Lions Conflicted at No. 3 - Buy (I think want to trade but won't get the value they're looking for)

Broncos Targeting Jerry Jeudy on Trade Up - Sell (No need for the trade up)

D'Andre Swift a More 'Well-Rounded' Prospect Than Dalvin Cook - Sell (Cook was a better RB coming out but with a Injury history)

Tua Off 2 Teams' Boards Because of Injuries - Buy

Tua's Wonderlic Score Creates Concern - Sell

Patriots Could Pursue Tua - Buy

Only 1 RB Will Be Drafted in the 1st Round - Sell (none will be drafted in the 1st)

I didn't know about this.

Source is telling me Alabama WR Jerry Jeudy‘s draft stock may drop due to reported knee issues that haven’t been disclosed yet. Jeudy underwent surgery for a meniscus injury in 2018. #NFLDraft2020

Falls from where, to where?
He's been projected from #2 down to mid teens.

Out of the top 10 is my prediction, all the “mock experts “ have him behind Burrow @2 QB.
Personally I think teams are going to question his injury and not being able to bring him in to workout is going to cost him in stock

Not buying the overrated label for Simmons. If a team likes the way he fits their defense they will draft him or trade up to draft him. He won't fall past 10, I actually think he won't get past 7.
The kid is flat out athlete, you find a home for him and coach him up and he’s a pro bowler the next 10 years

Leonard Fournette a Trade Candidate - Buy (but are there takers?)

Lions Conflicted at No. 3 - Sell. They want to trade down. If no takers, then CB.

Broncos Targeting Jerry Jeudy on Trade Up - Buy. Jeudy might be #1 on their board

D'Andre Swift a More 'Well-Rounded' Prospect Than Dalvin Cook - Sell. Won't go top 50

Tua Off 2 Teams' Boards Because of Injuries - Buy. If injuries weren't a concern then everyone would be hyping him up to go against Burrow with the #1 pick.

Tua's Wonderlic Score Creates Concern - Sell.

Patriots Could Pursue Tua - Sell. He won't fall that far.

Only 1 RB Will Be Drafted in the 1st Round - Sell. I think the run starts at the top of rd2.

NFL Draft trade rumors 2020: The 8 most likely scenarios to move up, down in Round 1

Las Vegas Raiders (trade up or down)
The Raiders can do whatever they want to manipulate the board early with (with No. 12 and No. 19 overall in the first round) or later (with No. 80, No. 81 and No. 91 in the third round). In the boldest trade up scenario might see Brown or Simmons fall a bit and try to catch them. They also can package those third-round picks if they want to move into the second round to get QB Jalen Hurts.
They could trade down from their first selection if someone wants one of the top two wide receivers, Oklahoma's CeeDee Lamb and Alabama's Jerry Jeudy, and simply tap into the deep class for the position later. Playing off the cornerback depth in the late first round and early second round, they can drop from No. 19 and still address that position well.
Mike Mayock had a strong last draft in Oakland and is positioned to get the Raiders rolling in Las Vegas. They are the ultimate, dangerous wild cards across the board.

New York Giants (trade down)
This draft used to "begin at No. 3" until the Lions started to get more locked in to taking Ohio State cornerback Jeffrey Okudah. At No. 4, the Giants have expressed a willingness to trade down because they're not as locked in to Auburn defensive tackle Derrick Brown or Clemson linebacker Isaiah Simmons vs. taking the best available offensive tackle.

With the Dolphins and Chargers sitting right behind them with a good chance to take Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa and Oregon's Justin Herbert as back-to-back quarterbacks in some order, any team that loves either and wants to ensure getting him over another needs to jump those two teams. The Jaguars and Raiders, with two first-round picks each, have the ability to provide the right compensation. The Chargers may want to make sure they have the choice if they think the Dolphins will get their guy, and can slide up by giving up a third-rounder.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (trade up or down)
The Bucs didn't sign Tom Brady because they were rebuilding. They fully believe they can win the Super now and it would make sense to build upon that "all in" move. The Bucs can slide up a little from No. 14 to grab a third top wideout with MIke Evans and Chris Godwin and can put Brady's weapons over the top. They could also position themselves to slide down a few spots to get Georgia running back De'Andre Swift at a better value with a chance to get an extra second-rounder with which to address receiver or right tackle.

With no total desperation for any one position with a lot of good offensive and defensive pieces in place, the Bucs should be flexible in getting immediate-impact talent.

Denver Broncos (trade up or down)
The Broncos, like the rival Raiders, have three third-rounders (No. 77, No. 83, No. 95). That gives them the ability to move up from No. 15 to get into the Jets' spot at No. 11 to have the first crack at the elite wide receivers. But if the best values at wideout, offensive tackle and defensive tackle go before their turn, the Broncos also can decide to not grab cornerback early and lure a team looking to get Florida's C.J. Henderson ahead of the Falcons at No. 16.

With no defensive desperation and in rather good shape at the offensive skill spots, the Broncos using the pick to stockpile would be helpful in getting multiple offensive linemen (tackle, guard) without reaching on Day 2.

San Francisco 49ers (trade down)
The 49ers are sitting on No. 13 (DeForest Buckner trade with Colts) and No. 31. John Lynch has a pretty good history of trading down and that certainly might be the direction again if Lamb and Jeudy are off the board before their first pick. The depth of the wideout class makes it something to strongly consider vs. simply taking Alabama's Henry Ruggs III instead early.

With that penultimate first-rounder earned as NFC champions, they can draw in a team to jump the Chiefs for a cornerback, Michigan guard/center Cesar Ruiz or even the second running back after Swift. The 49ers also should be further motivated to acquire more picks with still only six in seven rounds. It would be good to have more middle-round picks to find some value at safety or defensive tackle.

Philadelphia Eagles (trade up)
The Eagles should be watched for a power move to land a wide receiver such as Lamb, Jeudy or Ruggs. The challenge is having no third-rounder but by packaging No. 21 and No. 53, the trade value chart says they can get up to No. 11 where the Jets are to jump the Raiders and 49ers for that position.

Moving down is trickier because there are a lot of players at similar values at multiple position in the final dozen picks of the first round. The Eagles could also use No. 53 and their third-rounder (No. 103) to work their way into the early second round for a falling top wideout they covet.

Cleveland Browns (trade down)
The Browns hold No. 10 overall and will be hoping they can get an offensive tackle to pair with Jack Conklin. But there's a scenario where Iowa's Tristan Wirfs, Alabama's Jedrick Wills, Louisville's Mekhi Becton and Georgia's Andrew Thomas are all off the board in the first nine picks, thanks to some combination of the Giants, Cardinals, Chargers and Jaguars. Or, because of QB and other positions, 2-3 of those players are still around.
Either way, the Browns can look to slide down and hope to get a tackle prospect they like later, such as Boise State's Ezra Cleveland or USC's Austin Jackson. They need a third wideout, but they can get that player later, too instead of Lamb, Jeudy or Ruggs given they already have Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry. They represent the last pick before the run of teams with heavy wideout interest, so they can find partners willing to jump the Jets.

Someone such as Simmons or Brown dropping could be appealing to the Browns, but that also means some other team will want to get aggressive to get either. Andrew Berry in general should be looking to increase volume with only six overall picks.

Seattle Seahawks (trade down)
The Seahawks definitely need to address their edge pass rush early, but they don't need to lock that in at No. 27, especially if LSU's K'Lavon Chaisson, Iowa's A.J. Epenesa and Penn State's Yetur Gross-Matos are off the board. They are in a good spot, right ahead of the Ravens who need inside linebacker, guard and defensive tackle help as somewhat high immediate priorities. That could draw teams wanting Alabama's Kenneth Murray, Ruiz or TCU's Ross Blacklock, especially with the Packers (Murray), 49ers (Blacklock) and the Chiefs (Ruiz) in play for those players between No. 30 and No. 32.

Watch for teams picking in the early second, such as the Texans (Blacklock), Lions (Blacklock or Ruiz) or Panthers (Murray or Ruiz) to potentially make a move. Another strong candidate to trade up with them is the Patriots, who have been favorable partners in the past, and may want to find a way to spoil the plans of their stronger AFC rivals with Murray or Ruiz.

Draft Rumor: Miami Dolphins Attempting to Trade for Third Pick Without Giving Up Fifth

The Miami Dolphins could be angling to move up to the No. 3 overall pick in this year's draft -- which presently belongs to the Lions.

Most would naturally assume that Detroit would receive the No. 5 pick as part of any agreed upon trade.

Not so fast!

According to the Miami Herald, "A source who has been in touch with the Dolphins confirmed that Miami is trying to trade for No. 3, but without necessarily giving up No. 5."

Miami is likely wanting to pass the New York Giants -- which hold the No. 4 overall pick -- in order to secure the services of one of the elite offensive linemen in this year's draft class.

Currently, Miami possesses six of the first 70 picks in the draft, and could attempt to make Detroit a substantial offer involving its other first-round picks (No. 18 and No. 26 overall selections) in order to move up to No. 3.

Would Lions general manager Bob Quinn listen to an offer that did not involve the No. 5 pick?

Miami could realistically offer pick No. 18 and No. 26, along with other picks later in the draft or in next year's draft.

Ultimately, it is highly unlikely Quinn & Co. are looking to move down to the point where they lose out on a top 10 pick.

2 picks in the top 5, that would be wild to see. Who would they take in addition to Tua? Guessing one of the OTs.

Enough to take one of the other QBs? I'd still rather take a shot with Tua over the others. If a team is looking QB in the 1st, Tua should be the first choice (since Burrow seems a lock at #1). If Tua hadn't injured that hip, he's probably that lock at #1. Dolphins/Chargers should embrace that opportunity to get Tua IMO; they would've needed to overwhelm Cinci with picks to get him without that injury.

I'm surprised Rosen hasn't been moved yet, but that could be coming during the draft. Dalton still out there too, along with Cam and Winston. I might prefer those options and use my 1st rounder elsewhere if not in a position for Burrow or Tua.
