My first guess would of been Irish though, because he has the roster to make this kind of deal.

Fout was an early contender for me was well..But was thinking some combination of Mostert/Brieda/and Coleman..cuz he tried that deal with me way before Mostert got cranking. I discounted it cuz surely Lefty wouldn't be interested in that

For those guessing Fout - you get the prize. It was exactly as Treff pointed out (all three) and I considered a counter but couldn't bring myself to it - as Harold pointed out. In the end, none of those guys are plug-n-play week to week. The picks would have been nice but at this point that's a guessing game. So, passed. Had a couple of other nice offers (Monkey specifically) but they just didn't seem to matchup with my needs (desires)......

Probably in the minority with this, but I don't consider it that hot of a hot take, more like a warm take:

I don't think Singletary is anything special at this level. He's good, but in the RB2 kinda way for fantasy. As long as he takes what's there and is active in the pass game he'll be useful, but I really don't feel like I'm missing out when it comes to having zero shares across my dynasty leagues.

I reached out last yr when he was injured, and got the same vibe, that Irish wasn't moving him, no matter the offer

I don't think Singletary is anything special at this level. He's good, but in the RB2 kinda way for fantasy. As long as he takes what's there and is active in the pass game he'll be useful, but I really don't feel like I'm missing out when it comes to having zero shares across my dynasty leagues.

As a RB2 he's decent enough but not anyone I would over pay for. More like a player I'd ask for to even out a deal. With the #3 and #8 pick Irish is going to be a contender this season, so no need to make trades. Jackson at QB, McCaffrey at RB and Kelce at TE he has some horses to pull the load. Weak at WR but has guys that are serviceable at least with Thielen, Lockett and Metcalf. With those two picks he can really firm up his weak spots.

Well I'd agree some his studs are going to be hard put to match what they have been doing. What goes up, must come down at some point right?

At some point it always does, or at least, in most cases. It's funny but one of my biggest concerns (if I was him) is a decline in Jackson. I don't know why but I see him play and think back to Kaps, who took the league by storm and later faded badly once defenses came up with schemes to contain him. I could be way off base, which is a distinct possibility, the kids talented for sure - but you can be sure defensive adjustment will be made. ..... just thinking out loud. ....
