The Bears could have all the dubious QB records.Blanda has the single season INT record. Of course, he did it as a Bear. Because that's a record we totally deserve to own. lol
and both are dumb as a rock...Jameis is kinda modern day Brett Favre imo.
His issues can be coached away, to a degree. But you can't teach confidence and he's loaded with confidence.
You know, it's funny that Winston really hasn't been as bad as Peyton Manning or Favre as far as just throwing picks but he has also fumbled a lot and the big difference is he costs his team games. The Bucs are not winning enough games and the mistakes are far more glaring. Especially in this modern era where ball protection has become so critical.
On the other hand,Manning was already at 100 ints after just 5 seasons but the team had a 13-3 record one year and a 10-6 in 2 others. He also cut that int ratio in half the next 5 seasons and the team was winning and a perrennial play-off team.
And Favre threw picks but the Packers had a winning record every year. I don't count the cup o coffee in Atlanta. Like him or hate him, he was a winner.
Yeah, exactly. Like I said, ball protection has a much higher premium in today's game for sure and it shows up in the win/loss column more. As talented as this kid is, he has clearly cost his team in terms of wins.interceptions were also far more common in the NFL during Manning's first five seasons than they are now. for instance, it was 3.3% in 1998. It's 2.3% in 2019.

for someone to throw 30+ interceptions in this era is pretty crazy
Come on dude, the game was way different back then
It's the same Jameis that it has always been. Arian's offense is just him on steroids. All of the strengths are enhanced but so are the pitfalls. He's like a giant who can bench press a thousand pounds but has no athletic functionality.
Jameis is and always will be the black Jay Cutler. Eerily similar.
you know what this means dont you?Cutler was 27 TD's to 26 INT's his first season as a Bear. Those two are probably the best modern day comparisons.
in 418 passes lol winston has 602 with 1 game to goBut it's 42 INTERCEPTIONS! 42! There is no way that record will ever be broken with 16 games. The QB will either get benched or run out of shitty steam
so you're saying the Interception record is in jeopardyin 418 passes lol winston has 602 with 1 game to go
Sorry to disappoint you, but he did it as an Oiler.Blanda has the single season INT record. Of course, he did it as a Bear. Because that's a record we totally deserve to own. lol
all i know is dude ruined my chances of fantasy football title last week
