The bolded is true, and that's a huge problem.Agree to a point. OBJ definitely isn't the only problem/big personality. Despite a couple of sideline antics, he may actually be the least of the problems. But he's had a couple of sideline issues himself.
Maybe he feels beholden to Baker since most seem to think he was hired because Baker liked him.
Plus, as a team, the Browns don't really seem to let stuff go. You can't be talking/complaining about last weeks game while preparing for the upcoming game.
When the head coach is wearing a "Pittsburgh Started It" t-shirt, it doesn't really send the message of "we're moving on to the upcoming game" to the team.
Also agree with the next comment you made and the worst offender might be the coach. He cares way too much what media and fans think and will go out of his way a week or even weeks after being called out trying to prove he was not wrong (even though he was).
For instance, in that Seattle game where he clearly botched the clock end of half his absurd reasoning was he thought he could score 2X. Now, I believe it was mentioned in that amount of time a team scored 2X something like 6 of more than 100 times. Dallas did so a week or 2 later and he mentioned it.
as for your last comment, also very true. He had many catch phrases he used that before we were awful fans ate up. "If you don't where brown and orange, you don't matter" for instance. Took a lot of time trying to explain himself for comments made by people who don't wear brown and orange.
