I think the Raiders take the 4th over all pick and trade back to 10-15 area and add even more picks.

Yeahh...it is a guess..but teams need
Guys that fit there system
And there are really only two or three systems ..for the most part
That are played a bit different
For example
Green bay
Seahawks
Atlanta
Raiders
Have been the same system
Idk on Oakland now that gruden is there
But he came from green bay and Holmgren...before tampa
Like..carrol he is a defence coach..which is
Good...cuz defence wins championships

There prob with Andre Dillard...ot wash st ..is he only
Did 24 reps at the combine
Which would make him a backup to start
With...which would make him a 3rd round
Choice for most teams
If they like him a lot...and I do...maybe low 2nd
A lot of defence guys could overpower him

By the 4th quarter
But after he proves it....he is going to be good later

the Seahawks right now qualify for a #3, #4, #6 and #7 compensatory pick and can actually sign one more FA if the contract is under 2.5 million a year and not lose any of those comp picks. WOW.

That means Shelton or Lynch could be in the mix.

That's really good news.

I know that Jordy Nelson left without a deal, but if I'm correct the signing doesn't count against our compensatory picks if the player was released.

I've always been a fan of trading back in the draft.

They might be able to get a haul from someone if they're really into Dwayne Haskins. If not, Rashan Gary, Josh Allen, Quinnen Williams and Nick Bosa are all also elite top-5 caliber players.

Greg Gaines has always interested me.

I think a lot of people have him going undrafted, which is understandable in today's NFL where a 2-down run-stuffing DT without much pass rush ability is not very valued. You can attribute Poona Ford going undrafted due to that and his height.

I think Greg Gaines projects as a strong run stuffer at the NFL level but he won't offer much in terms of rushing the passer. If he goes undrafted, he'd be an excellent UDFA signing who I definitely think would make the team in a rotational role.

I don't really worry much about the amount of reps a tackle does at the NFL combine. Joe Thomas (one of the greatest LT's in NFL history) "only" did 28. Upper body strength only means so much as an offensive tackle. There's a lot more that goes into it and a lot of the power that is generated comes from the core/legs. If you're purely relying on upper body strength, a defensive lineman can easily just use low leverage and put you on your back.

I will agree on gains
But the other two I think have a chance
And the seahawke s did sign meder
To a future contract

A run stuffer..a fairly good one

For Kyler murray...i watched highlights
But never saw him under the center

He is always in the shotgun....i don't think
Any team runs the shotgun that much

I think Arizona will go with Ohio State qb

Yep... given his height he'll exclusively need to play in the shotgun... an offense will have to be designed around him IMO, which begs the question of what do you do for a backup QB (you need to find a similar skillset).

Yeah...idk what the mockers are looking at
But ...NFL guys won't be fooled..
if you are
Picking in the first round you want a sure fire
Starter
his accuracy would be a big thing

The guy from duke would go higher for me
Cuz..of less risk

Yes any player that was "released" does not effect comp picks.
