He wanted them signed to big cash only because they were Klutch clients, not because of talent.
Where is J.R. these days anyway?
Didn't Houston sign him?

You get not everyone shares the same brain. Just like not everyone in LA hates Lebron and didn't want him.Dude......it's amazing the turnaround he's done.
Lebron just won Cleveland its first title in what, 58 years?
All of a sudden Cleveland completely forgets about Lebron and anoints Baker Mayfield as the biggest star to ever hit Cleveland? Nah.
But only 4-5 years later Heat made the playoffs. Tough to use that as an excuse.....yet here you are.Flawed.
Cavs werent an expansion franchise in ‘87.
Right, he WANTED them signed. And you think not signing them was the way to keep Lebron around? He wanted them signed to big cash only because they were Klutch clients, not because of talent.
Where is J.R. these days anyway?
They probably wouldn't. which makes him nearly untradeable unless they take back an equally bad deal.
In fact, it was you....post #28864. I know you can't admit your mistake (or gaffe if you prefer). I get you have a tough time keeping up with what's going on but I said I have been able to refute comments with logic, facts and reason. You said you doubt it.
This was such an example. Or do you think the cavs should have let solid players walk and signed lesser players, too?
Right, he WANTED them signed. And you think not signing them was the way to keep Lebron around?
JR is exiled. Should be moved next year when he has an expiring deal in the 3 mil range.
I didn't say it. What do you think they'd have to do to get someone to take JJ?He said give up a pick AND Winslow.
And you get Love is needed to help the Cavs get to the Finals, right?
Holy Spin Cycle Batman.I really don't care what the Cavs do or who they sign.
What fact? Saying I called Lue a bad coach? Which I never said.
What logic? Making up your own reality about the topic of the 2 players we were recently talking about? Oh yeah I remember the logic now. You said I'd take a certain SG over 2 other players. Yet another thing I never said.
I really don't care that you think you're always right. I get a good laugh outta you. I proved you completely wrong twice. To me you're just a hot air machine that doesn't like it when people don't agree w/ you.
what do you mean he left anyway? Cavs told him to go.He left anyway.
Too funny.
Except when he was outplaying Green in the last 2 Finals.
And you get Love is needed to help the Cavs get to the Finals, right?
You have said that multiple times, but it still isn't true.
Love may have scored more points and had more rebounds. But he was inefficient scoring and he was often exploited defensively.
Fair point but I'd counter by saying if the cavs wanted to win there's a good chance Love comes back sooner. They held him out knowing they have a far better chance to win when he plays. So then everything you said earlier about the Cavs decision makers being smart enough to tank is BS.
We all thought they would be between 30 and 35 wins before the season started. If Love and TT had stayed healthy, they would probably be right there.
They didn't plan that well at all. They made a couple good moves, but they also "got lucky" with injuries.
what do you mean he left anyway? Cavs told him to go.
Can't say I've ever heard Lebron call himself the GOAT.I think LeBron was there 11 total years.
1 title.
Really not that graat for the self proclaimed GOAT.
And why were they a lotto team prior to LeBron?
Seems like it was more a mutual decision. But if the Cavs wanted him around he had no choice.....Link please?
I can be snarky or sarcastic but I stay away from personal insults. I'm an adult so i try not to call people I don't know stupid, retarded, autistic, etc simply because they don't agree with an opinion.Yeah, you've never insulted anybody right?
*SMH*
Can't say I've ever heard Lebron call himself the GOAT.
They were a lotto team before Lebron because they tanked to get Lebron. and it worked.
3 words in this article really stand out as something I never thought I'd see...
