I don't know how good he is yet. That has yet to be found out. The same could be said for several of the younger guys though. Although, we have started to find out some things about some of them.

Ha I was joking with you but I do think we need better situational hitting and some have progressed but at time we will need some monster bats like Josh was at one point

Rua may be at the end of his line but we shall see if there is some player movement. His age and contract is hurting him IMO

Probably worried about credibility in these playoffs. Yet the roid guys who are marginal are snubbed like Raffy IMO.

Stopping in to say I’m so glad the Astros went down at the hands of the Red Sox. I’ve always kind of liked the Red Sox. They have knowledgeable fans and just play good solid baseball. They have handled the Yankees pretty well since 2004.

The inning that “broke it open” in the final game was a double by none other than Mitch Moreland, a single by Ian kinsler, and a big home run by some guy whose name I forget.

I’ll be pulling for the Red Sox to win it all. I hope that their opponent is the brewers.

Perhaps it appears I enjoy their elimination and their fanbase quenched a bit. May be a bit of karma coming back to bite.
We will hear more about umps and their calls IMO

They got their WS in the hurricane year. That is more than enough for me.

The next WS victor in Texas needs to be the Rangers.

You are a better man than me in this area. I can not say I was rooting for the Sox although it is nice for Mitch to get a ring but I could not detest another Astros WS title. Perhaps a bad look for me and something I need to work on in my character but I am still chuckling.

I think I will have to reserve my disdain for other teams in the postseason until we are WS contenders again. At least, that is the case as long as the Blue Jays are not in the postseason.
