Hit didn't really make plays. I mean every player "makes" plays from time to time but it took him 133 targets last year to compile 69 catches and 838 yards. That's what you expect from Cole Beasley this year in 30 less targets sans the whining and distractions. Last year week 1 Dez had two catches. That's not what the Cowboys need and based on the fact that he is still a FA it isn't what other teams think they need either. There is only one way to word it and last year Dez sucked. Hopefully whenever he signs he'll be better. I hope for the best for him.

I'll take your word for it!...lol For a WR1...those stats do suck, but not relative to the league overall.

But the point remains...that production as sucky as it was still has to be replaced.

FA status...eh...I really think it has more to do with money than skills. BAL and CLE wanted him....he's a big bodied possession WR now...no longer a deep threat.

"Hey Dez, how would you like to serve as offensive coordinator under our new coach, Kellen Moore?"

Dez has made plenty of tweets that he will return. It is more of a matter of him being ready. I don’t know if that means he has had an injury or offseason surgery or bull shit. Personally, I still think he can play and be affective

If reports are accurate he had offers from both the Ravens and Browns and turned them down. Not sure why....only thing I can think of is he wanted more money.

Skip Bayless is a truly a moron. I watch him and Shannon because I find his implosions hilarious. He actually said today that Dak is the 4th best QB in the NFL because the QBR said so.

I know Dak led a nice comeback in the playoff game

That's about all the time I could spend on a Skip Bayless comment

I believe you are correct. IIRC Dak has played well in all the games against the Packers.

Any QB not named Rodgers or Brady will need to have good weapons. I am one that believes a WR1 is very important to the passing game. If you have a good QB you can get by with a couple of quality WR2 receivers. Right now I believe the Cowboys don't have anything better than a WR3 on their team and there is no way Dak can throw them open.

I think Gallup can AT LEAST be a #2. Highly prolific at Colorado State: 176-2690-21 (15.3 avg) over 2 years. Can't find that out by targeting him once.
