Don't know if anyone has posted it, but looks like Lue is making the switch and putting Tristan Thompson into the starting lineup and taking out crowder. So it's looking like IT, JR, Lebron, Love and TT.

I get that he should have SOME privileges that others don't get - to a degree and as it relates to the performance of team in terms of winning.

But, taking over coaching, subs & so on I think was a bit much. Then when you couple that with his entourage taking over the FO it probably was too much. How does an employee have trust in their organization that they know is being run by one particular employee? Not exactly a comfy environment & probably why his hooks didn't last long in Miami.

Good for Kyrie for understanding his options & applying pressure to get what was better for him personally. I am not mad at it one bit.

Not surprising but I did think that JR would go to the bench as well.

I said, along with a few others that taking Tristan out of the starting lineup to begin the year was a mistake. I thought at the beginning of the year this should be their starting 5, but based on their current defense and JR's lack of production I thought it would be him going to the bench as well. We'll see how this pans out, but should at the very least improve their defense.
