There were some epic flame-out's on FN.....those NBA boards were awesome.
Speaking of FN, has anyone heard from Cell?

If anyone still wonders why the Cavs felt they were forced to trade a guy with no leverage, and years left on his deal, here ya go......

According to multiple sources, Kyrie Irving threatened to sit out the season and have surgery on his knee, convincing Gilbert and Cleveland’s front office that the relationship with Irving was not salvageable. Irving’s agent, Jeff Wechsler, declined to discuss what was said to the Cavs with cleveland.com, and Dan Gilbert did not personally respond to a request seeking comment.

Hahahaha now that's funny.

So looks like giving the keys of the car to LBJ was just a bad example to the rest of the team & Kyrie tried his hand at forcing them to do things too.

Not when you log on later in the day and find the thread nuked and your account locked out even when you didn't participate in the fuckery.

Trying to piece together what happened was like trying to read a redacted classified documented.

In fairness, he's the best player in the NBA.

He should have had the keys.

At the same time, can't be mad that Kyrie was tired of his shit.

We don't know what LeBron is like behind closed door.

By all accounts, he and his entourage are off putting and try to infect every layer of the organization he plays for.

This is true...but a lot of if was funny if you were present in the moment...of course unless you were directly involved which I recall we were at least once or twice each. :heh:

I get that he should have SOME privileges that others don't get - to a degree and as it relates to the performance of team in terms of winning.

But, taking over coaching, subs & so on I think was a bit much. Then when you couple that with his entourage taking over the FO it probably was too much. How does an employee have trust in their organization that they know is being run by one particular employee? Not exactly a comfy environment & probably why his hooks didn't last long in Miami.

Good for Kyrie for understanding his options & applying pressure to get what was better for him personally. I am not mad at it one bit.

Don't know if anyone has posted it, but looks like Lue is making the switch and putting Tristan Thompson into the starting lineup and taking out crowder. So it's looking like IT, JR, Lebron, Love and TT.
