Here is my list of prioritization for signings:

Zach Brown ILB 28 - One of the fastest linebackers in the league. This is soo important
Spencer Long C 27 - Hopefully won't command a big salary, and has been very good in as a C and Swing G
Trent Murphy OLB 27 - Bring him back on a Prove it deal... he was doing quite well before his injury. Certainly better than Preston Smith.
Phil Taylor DT 29 - Sign him as a camp body, and hope he is not too far off form. We need all the help we can get at Nose Tackle, and would do well in a rotation with Lanier/Ioannidis
Ryan Grant WR 27 - As much as I like to hating on him, he is growing under Gruden. Give him as many years as Gruden has on his contract.
Niles Paul TE 28 - Special teams, and a generally versatile player. He is the closest thing we have to a Lorenzo Alexander type of versatile player.

Consideration list -
Bashaud Breeland CB 25 - I wish we had the cap room to keep our own. Breeland has shown well this year. I would love to keep him as a #2 if possible. Moreaue, fuller, and the others still need another year to show themselves capable starters.
Mason Foster ILB 28 - Can we get someone better at covering the pass?
Will Compton ILB 28 - Cheap Depth, smart, and well liked on the team. I wouldnt mind bringing him back at the right price.
Junior Galette OLB 29 - 1 year deal at a home team discount might be considered.

I really like your list. I would put Ryan Grant over Phil Taylor (I just threw up a little saying that) and I would actually put Mason Foster at number 2 on the entire list because he was playing like a quality starter prior to all the injuries for the entire team.

I agree with Brown and Grant. Long and Murphy would have to be on cheap deals. I cant see over paying for these guys. The fact that Roullier impressed and the drafting of Anderson in the 2nd round should be the end of these two guys. I would like to bring JG back. Still a decent pass rusher. Should be a cheap deal at 29 years old.

I don't understand why people want Breeland back. I know he is only 25 but he will get overpaid in FA as most young CB's do. He had a average year for us. Fuller has arrived. I don't understand why he needs another year. Plus with Moreau , Breeland should be as good as gone.

Vigil isnt a free agent, so its not a resign issue.

I like Compton.. dont ask me why.

I agree Breeland and possibly Jr will be cost prohibitive.

I was never a fan of Niles, but I hear he is a special teams leader. So Im on the fence with him.. as our Special teams redefines SPECIAL at the moment.

Compton reminds me of Rich Milot or Pete Wysoki of days gone past.plus he's scrappy and seems to want to play in Washington I like having guys like that around

As much as people like to throw this word around when talking about the QB..

Morgan Moses is the definition of Mediocre

I agree Moses is over-paid, but he's actually worth it.
He really did play injured for the back end of the season, showing toughness... which is a must at the position. When healthy, he plays with excellent reach, and can shut down rushers. He may eventually become our LT, if anything happens to Trent.

If he's the LT this team has more issues than I'd like to think

To be honest guys, I think it's time to part ways with Niles Paul, that experiment has run its course and the league minimum is too much for a veteran with his experience and what he brings to the table.

On the other hand, we absolutely MUST keep DeAngelo Hall, because he doesn't cost anything. In fact, I believe that he's actually paying Snyder to play.:D
