Is it Joe West that is famously known for "always making the game about Joe West"?

I know there is an umpire that announcers always say that about

Probably. All I know is, he's fat

This city boy was scared shitless, even though the bear ran away as fast as he could as soon as he saw me.......Apparently her being with her cubs makes the situation entirely different......Big property, having the kids run freely on the grounds, I couldnt have that shit
Nah, you done the right thing. I lived around bears for years in Alaska. Learned early on that there isn't a wild animal in North America more dangerous than a sow bear with cubs.

I saw Sale's postgame interview this morning. Funny as hell.

All that puffed up, "well, I was embarrassed after the last outing and I knew I wanted to step up" nonsense for the cameras. The Sox sports psychologist probably told him he should put a real strong face on. I saw right through it. What he was really saying is, "I know that I'm Chief Wahoo's property, owned with a clear title, but I didn't want Red Sox fans to know that."

Less than 6 IP per with a 7.66 ERA in his last four starts against the Tribe.

Yeah, the bawstuns...they should have their own reality TV show. Come on right after the Kardashians.

This weeks thrilling new episode! "Will David Price apologize to the Eck? Is he really hurt or was it an in-house double secret probation suspension?"

How about Kluber's start? Second straight start with a CG and 11 Ks. Struck out the side in the ninth. So glad to see the bats wake up and push the game into the W column walk off style.

Since June 1, he's averaging 7.1 IP per start, 13.4 K/9 and a 1.70 ERA.

Just a couple more games until the '62 Mets can pop the champagne on yet another season where their record will not be broken.

The White Sox won last night, needing just one more victory to ensure less than 120 losses for the season.

Philly has won two straight against the free-falling Braves, and just need two more wins to clear 120 possible losses. They will most likely get it this weekend; expect the 2017 Mets to lay down in order to secure this glorious laurel for the franchise

God dang liberals are protectin all these carnyvours, their populations are growing and now the new males got no place to set up shop so they are pushing deeper and deeper into parameters of civilization.

But don't you dare hunt them. Oh no. In fact, surrender your gun you naughty revolutionary trouble maker.

I'd watch it at Rock's house

Wow, those are Korey Cluber's numbers?!? Awesome

One of the easiest, stress free complete games against the Yankees last week, that ive seen in a long time

Once that guy has you at 2 strikes, his slider is impossible to deal with

Rock

Rented a cabin up in DeerMountain, Saturday to Friday

Woke up like 5am to go for a hike, gigantic black bear dragging my garbage up the mountain

Later in the day see the bear and her 2 Cubs hovering above the cabin

$600 a night, went to management and told them we are outta here

5 young kids, daughters and their cousins can't be outside playing with bears

Vacation ruined

You need one of these:

And I totally get that argument. I simply look at MVP as "who has helped his team win the most"

I tend to agree with you here. I don't mind when pitchers win an MVP, but I do think they need to be quite a bit better looking than a position player in order to do so.

Kluber has been absolutely filthy since coming back. One bad start (@Chicago somehow) and that's it.

But, the 30 IP difference is going to be hard to overcome.
