Is this supposed to be for the QB who played the worst or the most disappointing QB? In the initial link it showed Shuler as the worst for the Redskins, but I truly cannot think of a worse QB than John Beck.

I also wonder if Spurrier is the only one who qualifies as worst QB ever for one team and worst head coach ever for another team.
