Forgot about Woodley, thankfully!!!

Yep...he was actually a Dolphin cast off I think.

Just to give you an idea of how strong the Steeler Nation is...back in the mid 80s I was living in Tampa, and the Steelers were playing MIA and I had to go...Brister was the QB I wanna say...I got up early and drove down to the old Orange Bowl and like a lot of people paid to park in somebody's yard...thinking I would be one of the few PIT fans, I was stunned to see what looked like several thousand fans wearing the black and gold.

PIT got beat in the game, but that was my 1st live Steelers game.

Kelly Stouffer or Dan McGwire .... Both were #$@^ painful ... Opposing defenses nick-named Dan McGwire Big Bird because he was so easy to sack ...

Aw yes, the fun years of Stouffer, McGwire and Gelbaugh :puke:

Woodley was cast off by the Dolphins after Marino arrived. I think the Steelers traded for him but I'm not sure that they did or what they gave up to get him.

Kyle Boller is no where near the worst starting QB in Ravens' history. He's definitely the biggest disappointment though.

I will never forget Stan Gelbaugh's Necessary Roughness impersonation against the Raiders

Slash wasn't terrible (just plain bad) in the little time he spent as the starter...I wanna say they actually played some playoff games with him...he just never should've been playing QB in the NFL.

Ironic..he lives here in ATL now and spent some time doing sportstalk radio...(he wasn't very good at that either) but he always spoke fondly of his time in the Steel City.
Yeah Stewart got to the AFCC his first year as a starter. 11-5 that season. His best season in Pitt was 2001 and lost to the Pats in the AFCC that year. He had his moments.

Sure if a title doesn't mean anything. I love those 1 and 2 win seasons. Now John Hannah, Russ Francis,Sam Bam Cunningham, Andre Tippet and Morgan were good shits for those teams. Point I was trying to make is usually a team is luck to have 1 great/very good QB never mind 3 you selfish bastage :suds:

I vehemently disagree with Carr being the worst the Texans have had. They took one stat and made their basis off of it.

Ryan Mallett, Brian Hoyer and Case Keenum were all worse than Carr.

Does tell you how bad it's been, though, when the second best QB in Texans history was Ryan Fitzpatrick.

I agree. Carr was sacked a lot but he also had moments where he showed why he was picked so high. Mallett was the worst imo.
