Andrew Walter for the Raiders imo. JaCarcass is the popular choice by a lot due to his being drafted as highly as he was. Walter completed 53.3% of his passes for 139.8ypg, 6.1ypa, 3 TD's to 13 INT's, and a horrid 55.8 PR in 2006.

During his time in Oakland.....Russell completed 52.1% of his passes for 131.7ypg, 6.0ypa, 18 TD's to 23 INT's, and a slightly better 65.2 PR.

Rick Mirer was pretty bad also. But, Walter was the worst.

Rick was bad, he had the 1 decent season his rookie year, but it was all downhill after that... They guy had no ability to go through progressions...

I think you could have a healthy debate on this subject for many hours re: the Bills with a list of 12-15 guys that could legitimately demand the "crown" for biggest turd in team (or even NFL) history starting at QB.
Hell, I wouldn't be able to pick who is the single worst QB to ever start and NFL game but that would be a hell of a discussion.

I wasn't alive for the Kim McQuilken era but I know Joey Harrington was so bad that we got a franchise quarterback in the draft because of him.

Amazingly some how he managed to stick around the NFL for a while. Granted he was a back up, but still.

I was anti Mirer from the beginning. Just looked at his stats and saw he stuck around the league for 10 seadons, never realized that.

He did stick around for a while, never ended up being a good starter but was a serviceable back-up... Well kinda..

For the Patriots I would go with a tie between Hugh Millen and Doug Flukie.

I am sure he wasn't the worst but. . .

I am a Wisconsin fan as well as a Packer fan. I had to suffer through 2 years of Scott Tolzien and thought "thank God that is over with". Then Aaron Rodgers gets hurt two years ago and who the fuck do we trot out?

I just about lost my goddamn mind.

Randy Wright was a former Badger as well :suds:

there were plenty of shitty quarterbacks during the dark ages for the Packers

pretty hard to choose just one

I think it is a coin toss between Wright and Whitehurst... Lynn Dickey was good QB with no ability to scramble/run.. many of the others not enough attempts to qualify for this list (250 attempts).

Packers have been pretty lucky with QBs overall... Starr, Dickey, Favre, Rodgers... throw in fact Packers also drafted Brunnell and Hasselback, the list is pretty impressive.

This is true, I know I poke fun at the 12s but for those of you who are long time fans, there was some tough years.

The Ken Berhring era was a disgrace. Out right tanking seasons to piss off the fans to try to move the team.
