It's probably what will happen to him. I would say the only difference is Worley was caught in the act by police and Foster was not.

I think the longer this goes on, the worse the 49ers look. Maybe thee is more to the story but I assume it has to do with winning football games.
To me, what Foster did, if true, is way worse than what Worley did. Not even comparable.

No what Foster is being charged with is far worse.
