They gave up 2

They still have 7 picks for next draft. And extra first rounders from prior

Their future is still bright. Appreciate concern
They continue to shoot themselves in the foot.

How bad of a fan are you when it's fourth and goal and you're screaming "take the field goal" because you don't think the offense can gain a couple of inches?

Peterson ruled out for the game in Lambeau... I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm ready to move on from the AP era. He was one of the best pure rushers of all time, but he is clearly out of his prime at this point, and the weak parts of his game (pass blocking, receiving, running out of the shotgun formation, fumble prone) are getting old. Just cut him next season and take the team in a new direction.

Don't get me wrong...we need an Oline bad. More than anything.

But that said, if our offense(and it's much more than the Oline) was even halfway to decent inside the red zone and goal to go....we'd be at least 10-4.

I've never seen it so bad.

Defense pass rush slowed as season went. Dominated by bad and beat up Colts o line. I think we can be back in contention next year

Greenway said it best, after 15 games our record speaks for itself, we're not a good football team. Can't say I disagree with him. They're no where near a SB contending team, even when healthy.

Wow... That's embarrassing for them as a team, especially for Zimmer as Head Coach. If Rhodes (or any other player for that matter) just decided to deliberately not follow the coaching staff's plans for upwards of half the game, why did it take until halftime for Zimmer to get the game plan changed back to the way he wanted it? Why wouldn't he just bench Rhodes after it was obvious what was going on unless he got his act together, then have upper team management fine him for purposely refusing to do his job afterwards?

This just makes no sense to me, it's like Zimmer has totally lost the respect of this team. Zimmer needs to quit talking to the media about "wanting fighters" and all that bs and simply do his job as HC and put his foot down when players are getting out of line. The way a lot of players have been acting as the season has progressed painfully reminds me of Mike Tice era Vikings coaching, not keeping the players in check.

I'm sure it does hurt the players to an extent when Zimmer says he wants fighters, as I am sure that when they are on the field, they are giving their all. With that being said, if Rhodes or any other players intentionally deviated from the game plan, they deserved to be fined and suspended for the remainder of the year. With the injuries that this team has had this season, we are very lucky to even be in contention for 8-8. I can't blame injuries on Zimmer.

Bradford is an average and injury prone QB. The Vikings gave away too many draft picks.

Like I said in the other thread about Bradford. How many games did he miss this year due to injury? How many did he miss last year?

I believe Bradford is above average, he isn't top five or anything but with an offensive line and a running game you wouldn't be posting such stupid things because the Vikes would be winning.

They didn't give to much for him, they had zero leverage in talks with the Eagles. They gave what was needed to try and save the season!
