Several things. As j_y pointed out previously do we truly believe that Allen received absolutely no feedback at all from Cousins' agent since early May on the proposed contract? I find that almost impossible to believe. Even if that is correct - again - no response from Cousins' camp to me indicates that they don't agree with the offer & possibly view it as an insult. Why wouldn't the Redskins then make a counter? Why would they then make a public statement via video after the deadline & also give the media no chance to ask questions?
Cousins correctly stated that the Redskins offer basically is a 2 year offer & really provides nothing more than what he will already get if he is tagged next season or signs w/ another team. Dean - why in the world would you view that as acceptable or even see an issue with Cousins' agent (not Cousins - he doesn't deal w/ the team directly) not replying to the basically insulting offer?
It becomes more obvious with every post from you that you just flat out don't like Cousins in spite of your continual denials. One telling sign is that you post any anti-Cousins article to this forum in very short order on almost every occasion. Deny away....
