Some spoke of he was a system guy, some a product of Suh. Then TP spoke of him deserving more money. Not so much a extension, but felt he deserved a raise.

After 7 years it's obvious Stafford cannot make progressions. Good QBs do this against defenses. He basically has set plays that are set to his receivers or that he decides to just make one read and eyeball through. This means if it's the correct play it will work but if it requires any adjustment or progression it will most likely fail. That is on the QB and to a certain extent, Schwartz's Staff for never having him develop this skill. The sad thing is the Lions would have to take a huge risk getting rid of him and drafting a new QB, which looks like won't be this year at all.
