If they upgrade one of those 3, they would be in the playoffs. The pass rush will be the most difficult to fix. It should start with releasing Bennett and resigning Richardson.

I'd rather let Earl play out the rest of his contract or trade him for draft picks. Team needs to get younger, Dez Bryant wouldn't accomplish that.

I already expect us to take a step back but not as big of a step back as you're indicating... I think we have some great young talent that will help soften the blow a bit...
