Syracuse beat Clemson, but Clemson was a 12-2 team with multiple ranked wins and a conference title, not a 9-5 team with 1 ranked win. Also, while I'm not a betting man, I'll take Syracuse +20 against Oregon State any day. The Beavers were a truly special level of suck last year. They only had 2 games against FBS teams last year that weren't 16+ point losses.
