A lot of that has to do with the rules changes. Reality to me is Favre is one of the all time tough guys with what he played through early in his career and the rules changes have made it less likely QBs get hurt.

The QBs need to be talented and taught the game. Somehow the Bears have not had talented guys or if they did they didn't teach them how to be QBs, or good QBs at least. Add to that equation their inability to spot talent, nurture and teach it the game and you have 60 years of shit QB play from Chicago, minus a couple years of McMahon.

Cowboys lucky to beat the Lions and then get unlucky vs the Packers. Packers lucky against the Cowboys blow game vs Seahawks. Seahawks lucky vs the Packers and blow game vs Pats.

Right, but the Packers had plenty of time to overcome that. They happen and you have to overcome them, not compound them, which they did.

Happy with the win . Play calling was better. Pass rush was good. All around a solid performance . I was not pleased with the performance after the lead grew to 24. Very similar to all last year. Too soft on D and too conservative on O.
