Was about right. 2nd round value and change over two years.
Was about right. 2nd round value and change over two years.
But it is.
As I’ve said a zillion different ways it feels like, this ain’t a rebuild in their minds.
Doesn't sound like there was much interest in trading for Peters from other NFL teams.
Peters plays around with guns? The heck you talking about?Dude is the new Aquib Talib pretty much. Definitely talented but with significant baggage.
That’s the fucked up part about it. Starting to wonder if they’re too high on their own supply. But it is.
Chiefs NEED about 3 starters on defense and they trade one away for future picks. They'll be lucky to get a 2019 or a 2020 starter from this.
Travis Kelce has gotten into altercations with coaches and trashed them. This doesn’t work. From a locker room standpoint, what he does is worse--fight with coaches.
NFL teams don't care what you do with guns, until you shoot somebody.
The normal routine would've been to keep him 1yr, maybe a 2nd year after a tag. That’s the fucked up part about it. Starting to wonder if they’re too high on their own supply.
The Chiefs offense clearly doesn't function without Kelce.Travis Kelce has gotten into altercations with coaches and trashed them. This doesn’t work.

Peters is a talent but there must have been things said around the league to scare other teams away. The 49ers were the only other team interested because of their big need at corner but I read today their interest was lukewarm and they never made an offer. With Foster's issues that came up, they couldn't afford any more issues.
yea but how do u not take that chanceSome bad seeds need the right environment to grow, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
I'm pretty sure Peters was never really in the cornfields although its a funny mental pictureNow....this dude is going from the cornfields of KC to of all places, Los Angeles......
