That's correct. Neither had the dozen or so players that were suspended along with him.

These guys are way ahead of the testing. The only way they test positive is if they're getting the cheap stuff, or they're too fucking stupid to follow the directions.

I'd like to hear one person come forward who injected Ortiz. Where's his Brian McNamee? Where's his Cousin Yuri or Dr. Galea? Where is his name on any list other than the test from 2003? You can make baseless claims about anyone you want under your rules. For example, "Michael Pineda smokes crack". You're "fooling yourself" if you think he isn't.

This quote proves absolutely nothing other than a writer can speculate about something Ortiz said. Because I don't think MLB would silently have Ortiz in a drug program without announcing it.
