Death Penalty For the New England Patriots

Year ban at least for Belicheck. Starting with this Super Bowl. Don't even need to prove he was involved. He's the boss, buck stops with him.

No way the game would change otherwise. NFL can't risk it. They couldn't suspend any offensive players like Brady even. NFL depends too much on this game, and kneecapping one of the teams would be a disaster.

Take their next 3 1st round picks and cut their cap allowance for those same 3 years by as much as they cut the air pressure in their balls.

I hate to do this but I must demand an immediate resignation from both Kraft and Belichick and since the whole reason they cheated this time was to help Brady (who led the league in off-target throws) get the ball to his receiver instead of the DB, I hereby call for him to do the right thing and walk away from the game at which he's currently horrible.

If the balls were that deflated it looks bad for the NFL since their officials handled all of them the entire game and didn't notice even though that is one of their tasks prior to setting the ball each play.

It looks even worse for the NFL officials since they were informed of a potential problbem at half time, was the only ball that was still at league requirements used the entire second half? Doubtful.

Furthermore, something isn't jiving since if there had be a full 2 lbs of pressure loss the ball would feel soft and make it harder to throw. For those of you that haven't ever played and thrown a ball a fair amount, you want a fully inflated ball, if not over inflated, to make it easier to throw a tight spiral.

Under inflation effects that ability and doubtful that was what was desired.

It's starting to look like this is a much ado about nothing again.

But...the Patriots have been caught cheating several times now. This is a pattern. The NFL has to do something. Perhaps suspend Belichick for the Super Bowl?

I'm not sure but I think it has to be proven that you did something wrong before punishment is issued.

Do you have proof the Colts equipment manager did not do it on purpose so as the Pats would be blamed because of their history?
