Oh they are going to pay Irvin big settlement IMO. When you realize you have doubled down on a losing hand trying to bluff your way out your best option is to fold. Marriott is looking for a way out and has not found the right exit strategy with the least public fallout and $$$$$ payout.

And apparently the NFL had sent an investigator to the Marriot the next morning who listened to the woman's story, saw the video, and agreed that Irvin is a piece of shit.
